Buyer beware. The used car warranties are only good for use at Champion and they don't honor them on things specified as covered! The warranty specified coverage for the fuel tank, line, and injectors. When the dash yellow light came on, they kept diagnosing emission issues even though I told them I could smell gas. They charged me $1900 between 3 services for things they said their warranty wouldn't cover, it ended up being a leak on the fuel tank fuel fill tube (part of the tank which should have been covered) and they still refused to cover the repair. The used car was purchased from them months ago and I'm pretty sure they just cleared the dash warning and sold me the car, so I wouldn't trust their certification either! More
Last Friday (5/22/2026) I stopped by the dealership to have my car appraised for a cash offer. I was directed to see Laney Miller. Laney was wonderful, knowledgeable and a very kind young lady. Although t have my car appraised for a cash offer. I was directed to see Laney Miller. Laney was wonderful, knowledgeable and a very kind young lady. Although the dealership could not meet offers I had received from others she explained everything to me and made the experience very pleasant! I hope Champion realizes that they have a jewel in Laney! Laney thank you so much for all your assistance and advice! My rating of 5 stars for the dealership is strictly for Laney!!!! More

Beware! ! Bait and switch! When I tried to get a specific jeep With specific interior color they were friendly and had a jeep that matched and went thru the ! Bait and switch! When I tried to get a specific jeep With specific interior color they were friendly and had a jeep that matched and went thru the process with them got the all ok. then suddenly with in less then 48 hours and supposedly vehicle was pulled according to Todd (salesperson) and Jim (manager) it was sold supposedly. Then was offered a different older jeep with more miles different interior color and higher price! Makes sense that the customer would want that right!? Sike! Then was told they already with out permission did a hard inquiry on my credit with out consent on the “ second option”. Even when asked about other jeeps on the lot got excuse after excuse. Left with out vehicle from there needless to say. Seems like there pulling scams to get rid of vehicles they can’t. No bait and switch for me today. More
Jeep Cherokee towed to Champion when battery died. Had an appointment for the same day. No call from service. When I called the next day, they said I was second in line to get serviced, however, a Had an appointment for the same day. No call from service. When I called the next day, they said I was second in line to get serviced, however, a friend had hers towed after mine for same issue and she had already gotten it back. Was told would be the next day. Left message with no return call. Finally got on with service guy who said they were still waiting to look at it and I was in line (this is two full business days later). When asked about why appointments were scheduled, he responded with "when you make a doctors appointment, you have to wait". I am a very reasonable customer who assumes good intent of others, but since others had been serviced after mine was in and the condescending way I was spoken to was appalling. I was lied to about timing, others were put others ahead, appointment times were not kept. 5 days later and still no car. Had to tow it elsewhere to actually get it looked at. I will never purchase from or get service from Champion again. More

I witnessed a very kind act on May 29 at Sparrow Hospital in the emergency room that involved one of your employees.. A man entered the emergency room asking for his wife. As he continued to speak to the per in the emergency room that involved one of your employees.. A man entered the emergency room asking for his wife. As he continued to speak to the personnel, he told them that he had been to your dealership looking to buy a car. He was unable to find something and ended up in the waiting room at the end of business day with no ride home. People at the dealership were trying to figure out how to help him when a man told him that he would give him a ride. He said that the man's name was Lauren or Lawrence and brought him to Sparrow Hospital. On the way there, he told your employee that he hadn't eaten in two or three days. Your employee stopped and bought him food as he had a large bag of food, and he kept saying how grateful he was. I don't know if he was a homeless person and wasn't disheveled so I assumed he might have been down on his luck. Either way, your employee went above and beyond the call of duty. Bravo, Lauren or Lawrence (I am sorry if I got it wrong). Marilyn Porter p.s.
