He was very knowledgeable about the CX-5 and extremely patient with us and even helped me do some research online and asked service questions on our behalf. DJ also was very reliable, called me when he said he would, and even came in on his day off because it was the best day for me. It didn’t feel like an icky hard sales pitch at all. Very grateful.

While I went in looking for a used car, I ended up with a new car that I love at terms I was happy with. My only suggestion would be to allow plenty of time for the final financing conversation and for vehicle walk-through. Some evening and more weekend hours would help accommodate those customers with busy work schedules!

I had a complicated trade-in/new purchase/license place swap – I won't bore you with the details! The important part is that the people at Steve Lewis Subaru were very helpful and accommodating to us, well after the sale had concluded. Diego, in particular, was terrific, and so was his manager. I don't remember his manager's name, but he gave me some great advice on navigating the paperwork with the Mass Registry of Motor Vehicles. I believe it was Michael Teixeira, so I gave him the five stars. I apologize if it was someone else! One of these days, I'm going to be able to afford a fully kitted-out WRX or BRZ, and when I do, you'd best believe I'm heading to Steve Lewis Subaru. Highly recommended.

Recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Rav 4 from Toyota of Watertown. Initially, I wanted a Ruby Red Flare Rav 4 but after seeing the car in person, decided I liked the Magnetic Gray Metallic color better. After I realized this, I contact the Kenny Wright who is one of the sale managers there. He kindly agreed to sell me the car with the color I wanted even though he had to order the Ruby Red Rav and it was already delivered to his dealership. I have bought several Toyotas in the past and Kenny was the most patient, fair and responsive sales manager I have ever dealt with. Also, the finance manager Marat Alaverdian was pleasant to deal with. He explained all the paperwork thoroughly and did not pressure me to buy anything extra I did not want. If you are looking to purchase a Toyota, definitely call Toyota of Watertown and ask for Kenny Wright; he is the BEST!

I don’t recommend Hyundai to any body it is my advice after 3 years experience I get a brand new car Elantra 2022 and October 2024 the navigator and the radio system randomly stops and the lights inside the and God saves us from accidents because of that few times and we visit the dealer 3 times to ask them to fix it they said we can’t it is not problem to drive it like that 3 times they don’t know how to fix and the 4 th time they refuse to take it s we we ask to return it but they said no you can’t return it you have to finish the deal but something wrong with the car they said no and that’s no fair how can we do we pay monthly payments for nothing please be careful before you buy or lease a car from them the dealer I deal with La Quinta CA
