My wife and I visited Matt at North End Motors to look at a BMW SUV. It wasn’t comfortable for us so we looked around at their other vehicles. Their used cars are nothing like many dealerships. All the vehicles we looked at were immaculate. Matt knew the inventory well and had us drive an Infinity Q50 with AWD(a requirement my wife had). It checked all the boxes for her and was in our budget. Matt gave us a good valuation on our trade-in and we had our new car by 2 PM the next day(great for those of us that like instant gratification(LOL)). No pressure car dealers are few and far between but there was no ‘hurry up and buy something’ at North End. The whole process was quick and easy. Thanks Matt!

Most relaxing experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I inquired about a 2008 Ford Explorer for sale online. Bobby got right back in touch with me with actual details about the car-not just “it’s a good car come on over” blanket statement that I received from other dealers. We stopped in to take a look at the vehicle and Bobby remembered my inquiry (from a week ago) and got the keys and plates for us right away to test drive. There was no pressure at all to buy the car or that gimmicky “cars salesman lingo” (if you know, you know!) just honest conversation about the car. I have been buying cars for some time and the difference here is Bobby took time with us to share everything he knows about the cars history, even calling the previous owner for some of our questions. I had not had that experience before. Bobby made this process very easy, quick and stress free- couldn’t ask for a better experience. I 1000% recommend this dealership.

The dealership looks small, but once you pull in the inventory is plentiful. The sales department wasn’t overwhelming, which was nice. It was staffed with enough employees who were attentive and welcoming. We called ahead to test drive a vehicle. Our salesman Patrick had the car ready to go when we arrived. My husband and I were so pleased with our experience at Copeland. Patrick was super!!! From beginning to end he was great to work with. The process was seamless. We would definitely recommend the dealership to family and friends.

The purchase process at Volvo Cars of Cape Cod was easy and pleasant and all the staff I met were attentive and professional. While I went in looking for a used car, I ended up with a new car that I love at terms I was happy with. My only suggestion would be to allow plenty of time for the final financing conversation and for vehicle walk-through. Some evening and more weekend hours would help accommodate those customers with busy work schedules!

Recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Rav 4 from Toyota of Watertown. Initially, I wanted a Ruby Red Flare Rav 4 but after seeing the car in person, decided I liked the Magnetic Gray Metallic color better. After I realized this, I contact the Kenny Wright who is one of the sale managers there. He kindly agreed to sell me the car with the color I wanted even though he had to order the Ruby Red Rav and it was already delivered to his dealership. I have bought several Toyotas in the past and Kenny was the most patient, fair and responsive sales manager I have ever dealt with. Also, the finance manager Marat Alaverdian was pleasant to deal with. He explained all the paperwork thoroughly and did not pressure me to buy anything extra I did not want. If you are looking to purchase a Toyota, definitely call Toyota of Watertown and ask for Kenny Wright; he is the BEST!
