Shrewsbury Audi failed twice — and spectacularly. Marco and Giovanny confirmed a specific SQ7, agreed on a price, and reconfirmed the exact vehicle coming from New Jersey. Yet when we arrived to p Marco and Giovanny confirmed a specific SQ7, agreed on a price, and reconfirmed the exact vehicle coming from New Jersey. Yet when we arrived to pick it up, they tried handing us a completely different car from Nashua with zero communication. That alone shows how little transparency exists here. Then came round two. We called back willing to compromise, only asking for a corrected price based on missing features. Instead, we got dismissive, rude treatment from Justine, followed by her predictable “I’ll check with the manager” disappearing act. After multiple follow‑ups, the dealership’s final move was a last‑minute message saying the car was sold — no warning, no update, no chance to negotiate. After 15 years as a loyal Audi customer, I can say Shrewsbury Audi doesn’t just lack professionalism — it lacks basic respect for its customers. — For two years, I repeatedly told the service team about a coolant warning that never went away. Every visit, they insisted nothing was wrong — yet each service still cost me at least $4,000. When they finally did the 95k service and charged another $1,500, suddenly the car was “not drivable.” And of course, the issue was exactly what I had been reporting all along: the coolant system. Had anyone actually investigated the warning instead of brushing it off, I wouldn’t be dealing with this mess now. I had to spend another $3000 just to make the car drivable again. Their lack of attention to detail has now forced me into buying a new car. To make things worse, when I asked about trading it in, the sales team told me the car was worth $700 — after recommending nearly $17,000 in services. How does a dealership justify pushing that level of service on a vehicle they believe is worth less than a phone? The service didn’t fix the problem, didn’t prevent the damage, and didn’t protect the customer. It only cost me money. More
