purchased a 2022 Audi Q3 just 6 weeks ago with an extended warranty from another dealership. Shortly after, I began experiencing a leaking sunroof. I brought the vehicle to this dealership for eva extended warranty from another dealership. Shortly after, I began experiencing a leaking sunroof. I brought the vehicle to this dealership for evaluation, and the claim was denied. This was disappointing, especially given that sunroof leaks are a known concern with this model. Despite having only 42,000 miles, I was told the repair would cost over $1,200, along with a $240 diagnostic fee. I was informed the vehicle’s age was a factor, even though the mileage is well under 50,000. For comparison, I brought the vehicle to another Audi dealership, and they handled the situation very differently and stood behind their service. More
