It's the first experience I had with the dealership because I had taken my car in for a recall. The staff was very easy to work with, they did the repair in the time estimated and I found out they have Lyft to shuttle customers back-and-forth to their homes! It was great to find that out as I live close enough to take advantage of the service. My beloved little Beetle drove beautifully after the repair. And the best part?? I got a free car wash! My nuisance repair turned into the best day. I found out all about Norwood VW and the great service they provide. I do want to mention the service person that helped me. He was a wonderful young man. He was polite, friendly and professional. Norwood VW is very lucky to have him as an employee. Please let him know you appreciate him. Also, the Lyft drivers were very good that day. I don't remember their names, but both were excellent drivers, personable and professional. I love my little Beetle as I've driven the new ones ever since 1998 when they first came out. In the nearly 30 years, I have only required four of them as they are fabulous cars, very dependable and attractive. I hope Volkswagen reconsiders their decision to stop making them. My car is relatively new, but when I need a new car, I would love to replace my Beetle with a new GAS-POWERED Beetle. I will NOT buy an electric one if they are re-issued as only electric.
