Honda owner since 1987 (before Wilson became Sport: CRX, DelSol, and Fit). When my 2010 Fit was totaled, I came back to Sport to find a used car replacement. Wonderful experience. Haby Ly showed me the very car I had liked in the online inventory. He explained (very patiently!) the new features I knew nothing about. On our test drive I found the 2024 Civic LX just fit me well. This CPO car was in very good condition with 1 owner and only 11000 miles. At the end of the day, there was no reason not to purchase it. The paperwork to complete the sale flowed smoothly, too, and I was able to drive my new car home. Sport Honda remains a first class dealer, doing their job with care for their customers which means a lot to me. I highly recommend Sport Honda on Automobile Blvd in Silver Spring.

We had an excellent experience with the purchase of a new vehicle from this dealer. In particular, Clif Wiggins handled our purchase from beginning to end and he was tremendous. We ordered a new Forester Hybrid and it took about 8 weeks to arrive. Clif kept us informed all along the way and was very responsive to my many questions about tariffs etc. He didn't give us a high pressure sales posture and was very accommodating. Very much appreciated and he made the whole process as enjoyable as possible. The facility is very clean and professional looking. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them.

the entire trip went well , from Vincent reaching back out to me , to giving me a price over email that was actually the price when i came in none of that give me a price then add all the other charges his price was the price out the door. from test drive to buying the truck, i was in and out in no more then an hour . Eric the fiance portion of the deal aka the money guy as i call em. was awsome as well. none of that pushy sales add on stuff were all use to . shared options with me if i said no there wasnt a long drawn out push tactic to get me to change that to a yes. Even the manager there came out to thank me for my purchase everyone was down to earth just real people answered any and all questions "even from my 8 year old daughter* was quick got everything i wanted for a fair price first time in many vehicle purchases where i litterly had zero comprimise as to what i wanted or did not want. short simple quick. alredy plan to return with family to purchase more from them.

I went in last week to check out a 2019 Honda Accord EX-L, only because it was close to another car I was scheduled to test down the road in Pasadena. May sales rep was Mark and he's awesome. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even better, showed me with minimal research that the other car I was going to see had TWO previous accidents (shame on me for not seeing that) and they met me at the price I needed. So I ended up buying the Accord (very low mileage) at a great price. The best part was how easy Mark made the experience. My wife is on the loan but she didn't even have to be there. I drove the car off the lot about 2 hours after I arrived. They let me keep my old Honda in the lot until we were able to return that afternoon to pick it up. Overall the best car buying experience we've ever had. Thanks Mark and JBA Auto! PS, the Honda came with 2 sets of "Driver 2" keys therefore the Driver 1 settings never automatically kick in. I understand I may have to go to a Honda Dealer to get this fixed but if you guys can help out I'd rather go to you...
