We were on our way, driving to Florida from New Hampshire in our Honda Ridgeline when we suddenly got a check engine indicated, and we lost more than 50% of engine power. To make a long story short, we were able to get off the highway and get it towed to Hagerstown Honda. With Jarrod’s help, it was fixed promptly the next day ! We are now in Florida with a fine running Ridgeline ! Hagerstown Honda’s Service Dept. was an absolute blessing !!! We can’t say Thank You enough !!!

My wife and I worked with Sales Associate, Eyo. He let us test drive a new Honda Pilot, which is a great vehicle for the price. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and able to clearly explain the differences between the various trims. We ended up this week putting a deposit on a Lexus TX 500h that is supposed to come in next month instead, but if we had not decided to spend the extra over $20K for the Lexus, we definitely would have bought the Black Edition Pilot from Eyo. If anyone else is looking to purchase a Honda, I definitely recommend visiting Heritage Honda in Westminster, and working with Eyo.

The dealership overall was full of knowledgeable and helpful people. The environment was clean, friendly, and low-pressure (possibly because the pricing is fixed price, which I didn't realize ahead of time.) I was sad to go with another vehicle at another location simply because I enjoyed my experience at Ourisman much more.

He is not high pressure and listens to what you want and helps you decide based upon your needs. He is friendly and answers any questions or issues that you have. Jeff Gillespie was an absolute dream to work with and I cannot recommend him enough. I bought a 2025 CRV Hybrid in November 2024 from Safford Brown in Glen Burnie. The car was sold with a paint imperfection and when I brought this up I was told to visit the service department. When I visited the service department, Jeff took a look at the paint imperfection and immediately took action to fix the problem. He was quick to submit a claim to Safford Brown and Honda to get the issue fixed. Even with it being the holidays, he worked to get this issue addressed and fixed as quickly as possible. He was quick to respond to my phone calls, answer any and all of my questions/concerns and was very personable. I can easily say this was the best experience I have had in any vehicle service department. I greatly appreciate Jeff and his entire team for making this a painless experience.

My Salesman Marcus Humes is one of the best salesman in all of Annapolis regardless of Dealership! Marcus contacted me, made the appointment on Monday and he had my White Accord Sport L Hybrid ready to go the next day! Marcus was very honest and up front about having to do the process when it came to selling the vehicle and I had to work that night so I tried to rush him along but he was calm and cool. The test drive went very well and I was shocked at how fast and quiet the Accord drove on the highway! I then met Steve Chase and we continued to negotiate the price of the car. This is what must be done on both sides, you should never go into a dealership to try to steal a vehicle, meet in the middle so that both parties win! I then went into the finance department and I initially tried to play cheap like most of us car buyers do and I ended up buying the most comprehensive warranty that I ever bought in my car buying history. But I will tell you this, I have nothing to worry about regarding any part of that car for the next 12 years and 110K miles! I then met the Dealership Owner who tied it all up and made me feel like family. I was so impressed with that experience that I would return that same week on Friday and buy another car for my Son from the Honda of Annapolis dealership with only one mile on it. I will write another review on how that buying experience went.

service dept will not take appointments. Their web site allows you to schedule your appointent, day & hour, but it is first come first service. So don’t buy your car here. We can’t get a recall completed from them for 2 years now.

My family just purchased 4 vehicles form Hertrich Honda and Kia. They make car buying so easy. I really appreciate the patience that these salesman have. I can say I wasn't the best at knowing what I wanted. Instead of these gentlemen becoming upset or rude they were the complete opposite. They showed me that there are still some car dealerships that care and are not just trying to sell you a car. The patience, attentiveness and service is outstanding. My family thanks you so much.
