This was the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle and I’ve been around the block quite a few times. Everyone that I encountered went above and beyond. Even with not so great credit (and I’m taking it easy on myself when I say “not so great), they never made me feel like I needed them. Let’s be clear I needed them! This place performed a miracle and I drove off the lot with the car I wanted, the color I wanted, with the features I wanted, the car note I wanted, AND it had a decent amount of gas in it. I recommend Heritage Honda WEST MINISTER, an absolute 10/10. If I go into detail about how AMAZING my experience was you’d think I was lying. It’s almost Christmas and I swear I kept thinking I was in a Hallmark movie, you know they always have a miraculous ending…lol. No but in real life, GO TO HERITAGE HONDA WEST MINISTER AND GET YOU A CAR! Heritage Honda is so lucky to have Robert Lee, Richard Papafio, Bryan Duff, & Deejay Barnett! To the owner of Heritage Honda, if you see this, EVERYONE I MENTIONED NEEDS A SALARY APPRAISAL! I really enjoyed my experience at Oursiman Honda of Frederick. Bill Workman is the most enjoyable car salesman to work with that I have ever encountered. The dealership overall was full of knowledgeable and helpful people. The environment was clean, friendly, and low-pressure (possibly because the pricing is fixed price, which I didn't realize ahead of time.) I was sad to go with another vehicle at another location simply because I enjoyed my experience at Ourisman much more.

My Salesman Marcus Humes is one of the best salesman in all of Annapolis regardless of Dealership! Marcus contacted me, made the appointment on Monday and he had my White Accord Sport L Hybrid ready to go the next day! Marcus was very honest and up front about having to do the process when it came to selling the vehicle and I had to work that night so I tried to rush him along but he was calm and cool. The test drive went very well and I was shocked at how fast and quiet the Accord drove on the highway! I then met Steve Chase and we continued to negotiate the price of the car. This is what must be done on both sides, you should never go into a dealership to try to steal a vehicle, meet in the middle so that both parties win! I then went into the finance department and I initially tried to play cheap like most of us car buyers do and I ended up buying the most comprehensive warranty that I ever bought in my car buying history. But I will tell you this, I have nothing to worry about regarding any part of that car for the next 12 years and 110K miles! I then met the Dealership Owner who tied it all up and made me feel like family. I was so impressed with that experience that I would return that same week on Friday and buy another car for my Son from the Honda of Annapolis dealership with only one mile on it. I will write another review on how that buying experience went.

service dept will not take appointments. Their web site allows you to schedule your appointent, day & hour, but it is first come first service. So don’t buy your car here. We can’t get a recall completed from them for 2 years now.

I can say I wasn't the best at knowing what I wanted. Instead of these gentlemen becoming upset or rude they were the complete opposite.
