Had my Ford Edge serviced today the windows and locks were inoperable. It was determined a wire was broken. Getting a replacement part was on back order. Luke The Service advisor said they might be able to splice the wire to get the windows working again. We have not been giving this option by other repair shops. The tech was able to repair the wire and we are able to use the windows after waiting over six months for a part. Thank you for looking for options to help your customers.I was told a dealer would be costly that was not the case the dealer was actually cheaper

The dealership called me, and in less than six hours the situation was resolved, with a complete explanation, to my entire satisfaction. The individuals were friendly and professional throughout, and insisted on making sure that I was completely happy with the purchase.

I especially love that the advisor - Tyler, called to let me know during my oil change they found my engine air filter was dirty and gave pricing if I wanted that changed as well. Also! The fact that they offer to give you pictures of everything the tech looked at is super reassuring and pretty cool in my book. Everyone was awesome.
