I haven’t ever had any problems purchasing a car. The issue is they can’t manage to have a single person know what’s going on if you need work done in more than one department. First time I needed brake work and then tires with ordering a full size rim to make a spare tire. Service deportment is usually great. Second time I needed a code checked and some body work done. I was never told that the body shop is literally weeks out to do any work. They still have cars sitting to be fixed since January. It is April. I was never called and given any estimate and they wife whatever reason were trying to source a new door used instead of just going to Toyota and getting a new one. They also cannot grasp that it is my car and call me instead of my husband that has no clue what is going on with it. They also attempted to toss my husband under the bus with their mess ups. I requested the GM call me and all I got was two other employees calling me begging me to not take my car to another body shop because I’m currently driving a car with a wheel bearing going out. It has been now three days and no contact from the GM. That is super bad practice. The GM wasn’t even in the day after the Easter holiday. The two employees kept asking me what they could do to make it right. Nothing. Not a thing. The damage is done and I’m not settling for a free oil change like they gave me the first time over the tires. What they could do is have the GM call me and be open to suggestion on how to improve the place and maybe try some of it. Not likely they would try a thing. More
