I haven’t ever had any problems purchasing a car. The issue is they can’t manage to have a single person know what’s going on if you need work done in more than one department. First time I needed brake work and then tires with ordering a full size rim to make a spare tire. Service deportment is usually great. Second time I needed a code checked and some body work done. I was never told that the body shop is literally weeks out to do any work. They still have cars sitting to be fixed since January. It is April. I was never called and given any estimate and they wife whatever reason were trying to source a new door used instead of just going to Toyota and getting a new one. They also cannot grasp that it is my car and call me instead of my husband that has no clue what is going on with it. They also attempted to toss my husband under the bus with their mess ups. I requested the GM call me and all I got was two other employees calling me begging me to not take my car to another body shop because I’m currently driving a car with a wheel bearing going out. It has been now three days and no contact from the GM. That is super bad practice. The GM wasn’t even in the day after the Easter holiday. The two employees kept asking me what they could do to make it right. Nothing. Not a thing. The damage is done and I’m not settling for a free oil change like they gave me the first time over the tires. What they could do is have the GM call me and be open to suggestion on how to improve the place and maybe try some of it. Not likely they would try a thing. More

Waited two hours, no call back. I called, was told the finance guy was busy. They were to call at 2. They did, but only to tell me they weren’t doing the deal and couldn’t give me a reason as to why. Darwin is rude and the whole thing is a waste of time. I highly suggest going elsewhere. More

It had a rack and tent system on the truck when I purchased it. Several days later I was contacted by the dealership and asked to bring the tent system back. They was supposed to take the tent off before it sold. I brought the tent back and they offered nothing for the tent. Then they took 7 weeks to get the title from the lien holder and that cost me a late fee for my plates because it was not registered with 30 days. We also bought a Dodge Journey at the same time. They stated the vehicle had been checked by their service department. An independent shop checked the Dodge and found two of the motor mount bolts missing. There was also another part that needed to be replaced and they are now telling us they can't do it. When we have called to voice concerns they promise to call us back with an answer and they have never returned the calls. This is not what I have expected. I will not do business with this company again. I am very disappointed with the type of customer service this company has provided. More
