I came across Bob Brown Chevrolet while rotting on Autotrader looking for an X5 back in August. Within a couple of hours of sending an inquiry, Jamie Scott reached out and was amazing to work with. He was able to graciously answer all my questions, from the condition of the car to sending out the paperwork. He was also very accommodating, being that I am out of state, he let my friend inspect the car on my behalf and bring the car to BMW of Des Moines for a pre-purchase inspection. Needless to say, I purchased the car and got the vehicle shipped. Jamie Scott made this experience very easy and stress-free. There was no pressure involved whatsoever.
