The total experience from ordering our new 2025 Suburban to when it was delivered was a very good experience. Steve Daly is great to work with and always is very polite, friendly and professional. He understands what we want in a vehicle and makes sure that we order what we need to have on the vehicle. Steve kept completing informed from the time it was made, during the transport and upon delivery to the vehicle, even when it was delivered on a Sunday when he was not working. Dan, the finance manager was good to work with and was not pushing but helpful in explaining additional coverages for our new Suburban. Jim, who orders the vehicles was helpful also. And we totally have trust in the Service Department with any of the Service Managers and especially Rob who always makes sure we are satisfied with the Service Department. So for all these reasons, that is why we keep coming back to purchase our new vehicles from this dealership.

Here is a copy of the review I gave you on Reddit So after a terrible experience at a dealer in Ankeny, I found Joe At Dale Howard in Iowa Falls. I communicated with Joe by text and email and found him easy to deal with and very friendly. I met him at 8am and The SUV a Chevy Equinox sitting at the entrance warmed up and ready for me to check out. Every question was answered with no hesitation and demonstrated complete knowledge of the vehicle! I was introduced to the loan officer Jerry who was very easy to work with. No pressure no lies no manipulation. In a short time, I am the proud owner of a beautiful new car. For less money than the train wreck in Ankeny two days ago. The most surprising development was because my family is dealing with a difficult recovery from an injury, they are delivering the car to my home an hour away. My friends and friends, I've never met. It's worth the drive to find people who are not predatory salesmen who will do anything to sell you a car. Joe and Jerry can make you happy to have an opportunity to shop for a new car!
