November 2024: I got in right away with my wife 2008 Honda pilot. Jason got me in for an oil change and the tire rotation and after inspection that needed an Alignment which we got done. As always, good prices, fast service professional interaction with the customers Serra Honda Is the best.! Her pilot now has 361,000 miles on it and this dealership has been taken care of it since 2011. It's always been more so.once the Serra folks came in! 5 out of 5 stars We would highly recommend their dealership for all your needs! Have you seen the new Prologue? What a looker! Do yourself a favor and call them today! August 2024: Once again, great service by Kathy and the people at the service department at Serra Honda. We bought our 2008 Honda pilot from Huey Honda over in Frontenac in March 2011 and beginning in April 2011. We started bringing it to Meyer/Serra Honda in O'Fallon and we have been thrilled with the service ever since. They recently sent me the Carfax on our vehicle and we had like 60 services done there and the pilot now has 354,000+ miles on it and is going strong! First class Service a great group of people I would highly recommend the service department,, The parts department, and although we haven't had occasion to do business with the sales Department yet service and parts I'm sure they're wonderful too! Your telephone system is horrible. I found it nearly impossible to speak to anyone in service. Most of my calls went straight to voice mail. None of these messages received a return call. Two of my calls went to one of your stores in Springfield. I won't even say how I was treated there. This type of service has to be hurting your business. Everything is computer managed and when it doesn't work customers quit calling. There is no other option to talk to a person. Enough said. Fix it!

I found that unacceptable. So, I called Daniel Sepulveda, who I purchased my car through. He was very gracious to help me and it only took a couple of minutes to get the app working. This was one-time experience: new car under warranty wouldn't start. Was towed to Bredemann Toyota, and they took care of it. Everything was perfect: promptly called as soon as the car arrived to them, listened. suggested scheduled maintenance, explained what's covered; on the next day fixed the car, including replacing bad battery that failed load test; promptly called and said that the car is ready for pickup. The pickup itself was fast and with zero problems. I should mention that had the car not been under warranty, I wouldn't even think about going to _any_ dealership for repairs.

For me this was an emergency, because I was taking a trip and did not want to run the highway on the spare.
