My 2023 JCW Countryman was recently repaired from a serious pot hole incident that took place 26 days prior to receiving the repaired car. Despite the time it took to receive my car back, Mitch Shefveland provided timely updates on parts delivery, repair estimates, rental accomodations, etc. Overall, I have been impressed with the dealership since I made my first Mini purchase in 2022. Special thanks to Greg Janik- Service Dept for explaining coverage details on a recently renewed Zurich Windshield and Zurich Exterior and Interior plan. First coverage bought 2019 but wasn't aware of when exactly I should claim a re application which Gregg Janik explained with the new plan purchased. so appreciate the attention to detail and listening to the customer. Although I Grand Subaru is much further from another dealership closer to me, I choose to visit Grand Subaru because the service department l has been able to help me with my concerns. It's good to see more responsible team members on board as compared to my previous experience a few years back.

The staff in the service department are amazing. They explain everything in layman’s terms so you understand what is going on with your vehicle. They are all very knowledgeable, so you feel confident leaving your vehicle with them. They also seem genuinely happy to see you when you arrive, and in my case, they remember my name. Oh, and one of my favorite things (other than the staff) is that they wash my car every time they work on it.
