Anna and Ron Cook were great in my repair. Through there was multiple problems dealing with the outside vendor (Daves Transmission) they were professional and worked with me to get the job done. The rating for Speed and work had nothing to do with the dealership as the work was done by a outside vendor. The Service department was great but they should consider another vendor for the Transmission work.

I went to South Oak Dodge in Matteson for an oil leak that my Jeep was having. What convinced me to take it there, was the conversation I had with the service tech. He was very professional and no hesitation in his answers. So I gave them a chance to prove themselves on their quality and knowledge based on our previous conversation. I was told, I had to leave my Jeep overnight.. I was horrified at the idea.. because I had just had a very bad experience at 2 Ford Dealers, who did nothing to it .. but returned my Jeep damaged. After talking to Thomas Vick, he convinced me to leave my Jeep overnight for repair.I take pride in my Jeep. I recommend SOUTH OAK ADODGE FOR VEHICLE REPAIRS!! My Jeep was returned to me without a scratch or damages.. Not even a greasy fingerprint!! I LOVE MY JEEP!! Customer service was totally awesome and friendly.!! THANK YOU,!!!! SOUTH OAK DODGE!!!!!

I took my 2019 ram 2500 diesel to Dempsey for a front end alignment & tire rotation. They did such a great job. My truck steers as straight as an arrow, easy on the steering & I've got big tires. They did it in a single day on the very day that I called. Numerous other dealers were unable to see my vehicle for one week to as much as 3 weeks. I have no problem taking my vehicle back to Dempsey Chrysler Dodge Jeep anytime because they are very trustworthy. They did what they said they were going to do and did it at the price they said they were going to do it for! Thanks for a job well done.

It’s been frustrating since I purchased my jeep grand Cherokee as after less then one day, there was a computer error causing the emergency collision brakes to disengage. I brought the vehicle back and was told a simple computer update would fix the issue by a manager. After a week of no contact, I went in and the service representative told me that the issue had to be escalated to star case but my vehicle couldn’t be returned in the meantime due to it being a “safety issue”. A few days after no contact, I informed the sales representative who has tried to be helpful that I would be coming to get my vehicle without it being fixed as a new wiring harness/connector had to be ordered now. I understand the CDK issue that happened and that issues can happen but the lack of communication and transparency has been frustrating as I will have to bring the vehicle back for the repair at a later date.

I took my car to get brakes done somewhere else and they messed it, when they put the parts back they did a horrible job. I called Keith in a panic and he fit me in. Took the truck, got my brakes and got my truck back working as it should.
