Their customer service is really bad. I was told that parts will come in within a week and then a week became weekssss and NO ONE CALL to let us know. We have to call back to find out. When we called, they can't find my order and told me to bring my car back so that they can check on the parts numbers, which they should given that i was there the last time and they looked at my car. Upon my request, they checked again and then FOUND my records and told me that part would take a few MORE WEEKS!!!!!

I purchased a car from this dealor, three days later I'm driving on the highway and a semi truck hit something that went under mycar and did damage to the under carriage, I initially tok the car to a different dealor who estimated the amage at $1200. The dealor also asked me to purchase another car and trade this car in, mind you I have only 300 miles on this car. I informed them I need to check with my dealor as well as my husband. Aftrer speaking to my dealor they said bring the car in so that they can look at it. Once at my dealor they gave me a estimate of less that half the price of the other dealor. Needless to say Nick, Seba and Rob are AWESOME. I didnt go further indebt, my car will be fixed and they will also give me a loaner, something the other dealor wuldn't do.
