Really disappointed in the service department's attention to detail and unwillingness to be proactive troubleshooting electrical problems. They are very quick to try and sell you tires, wiper blades and common maintenance, but not to listen or diagnose. My wife explained issues she is having with a Santa Fe and went on two occasions, taking time off work to do so, just to have them say oh they didn't understand or they made an appointment and didn't know what they needed to do. you'll have to come back another time. I bought my first Hyundai here, and had recent service on another car but they're losing the opportunity to sell me anything else or have me come in for service. I bought an extended warranty with my car, as I always do, and I would expect them to take a few extra minutes or be a little more concerned with taking care of a customer who drops $3000 to $4,000 on a warranty to ensure they won't have any problem getting paid with bumper-to-bumper issues. They will take the time to rinse your already clean car in their dirty reused water car wash and leave it full of spots. I'm sure the Hyundai Rep. won't be pleased with our report but we will be calling him anyway.
