Brought a customer vehicle here after a tow since they were the closest Nissan dealer. From the start communication was poor and the diagnosis was frustrating. They insisted the BCM we sourced from anothe were the closest Nissan dealer. From the start communication was poor and the diagnosis was frustrating. They insisted the BCM we sourced from another authorized Nissan dealer was wrong and had us purchase and deliver a second one at our own expense. After they installed it the car still wouldn't start. Now they want an additional $1,500 to replace the ECM which should have been caught in their original diagnosis. The service manager refused to help when contacted. As someone who works with Nissan dealers regularly this level of diagnostic failure and customer service is not acceptable. Would not recommend this service department More

I was at the dealer in October for car repairs ( $390. 00 ) and I was told that I needed front brakes nothing too bad, so I had a few months. Today, I go to get the front brakes replaced and once they took 00 ) and I was told that I needed front brakes nothing too bad, so I had a few months. Today, I go to get the front brakes replaced and once they took the brakes apart the service manager comes to speak with me. He tells me that it's the BACK brakes that were in very bad shape (metal on metal)) , not the front. NOTHING was ever said in October about the back brakes. I HAVE LOST ALL CONFIDENCE IN THIS PLACE ! The mechanic found a minor problem in October, but missed a blaring problem in the back brakes ( which I'm guessing he never checked ). Today's bill was $500.00 , you won't be getting anymore business from me. I will be returning to my other mechanic to have all future repairs done on my Nissan Rouge. People need peace of mind driving their car and it's not here. BEWARE bringing your car here ! More
