I was able to schedule the appointment on the same day of service. Eva and service department were welcoming, service was provided for travel to and from home. My vehicle was ready at time stated. Eva was a great help with an issue with our key fobs after a purchase of a certified used Nissan. Sales department and Andy were fantastic.We brought our vehicle back within a week and an half for a thu after a purchase of a certified used Nissan. Sales department and Andy were fantastic.We brought our vehicle back within a week and an half for a thumping in rear, I thought it was the jack being loose, turns out the sway bar link was bad. The service manager, Jerome, told my wife it would be $630 to fix and proceeded to barter with my wife until he said they would fix it for $250. Then when my wife told him her husband, me, could fix it he proceeded to scare her telling her if she doesn’t use OEM parts she would be in danger while driving. My issue is the fact I bought a certified used Nissan which they claim had a 167 point inspection and the suspension was marked meets standards. In hindsight I should have immediately brought it back for the rattle but the fact he said it was worn out in the less than 300 miles is ridiculous. I would definitely buy a car from the dealership but I would drive 100 miles out of my way not to use the service department and have to deal with Jerome. End note. I bought 2 OEM sway bar links from a Nissan dealer in Wisconsin for $34 a piece and had them replaced in less than an hour using a jack and jack stands not a lift. More
