When my car was finished Phil explained what was completed. Dane showed me how to operate the cruise button and set it for me. The gal at the parts service desk was very pleasant. Overall, Great dealership. When looking for a vehicle, Kenny is our go-to-person. We feel like we are important and we know that everyone is going to take good care of our vehicle needs. We received great customer care from our salesman, Nate Smith. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from him at Ray Dennison Buick GMC. He is friendly and personable, yet a very professional salesman who was knowledgeable and helpful. He made the sometimes frustrating experience of trading in our truck and purchasing a new vehicle into a very pleasant timely experience. We were able to drive our beautiful 2025 GMC Sierra home that afternoon. The service department has always been very pleasant and accommodating also. We highly recommend Ray Dennison GMC in Pekin.
