Excellent, always a great experience. Very honest and want to make sure I know all my options, how much everything costs. Offered me the two different costs on the mufflers that I was coming in for. Provided me the different options of things to maintain my car and when to do them based on mileage. I appreciated the live video that I got this time. I thought that was very cool.

Hiding Car Defects - Mazen

I went to buy a used 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander SE. The sale representative said it is a good car ready to go and inspected by the dealer mechanic. When I wanted to test drive the car, First the car did not start, and that is why I saw the car running before even I arrived to the dealer, so the Battery is dead or the Alternator is not working. Second the ASC system service required sign turned on. Third; when I turned the AC on, the compressor was going on and off. So I was totally disappointed and just got out of the car because I already wasted time jumping the car at the beginning. The problem is they are Mitsubishi Dealer. I personally will never trust them anymore.

Joe Ryan get a live and go somewhere else . I was wait more then 24 hours for info about my car.(never happen before). then he hang up on me when i was try get some info how long my car going to be in the shop . car was under factory warranty but he was try charge me for some things. i have extended warranty . i rate them today very bad in all categories most because of service

I worked with Mike and he was great. He was very friendly and willing to work with me over the phone and via email as we live fare away. He sent me a breakdown of the truck at the "out the door' price so there would be no hidden fees pop up and I could see if I wanted to make the trip. Ultimaltey, we bought a truck somewhere else, not because of Mike and or the dealership, we simply found a truck that matched what we wanted more than the one they had listed. After 45 years of buying cars for business and personal use with many different car dealerships in many states, Gregory Mitsubishi shattered all past experiences by their unparalled super service that had to nearly negate any measureable margin in selling me their 2008 Cadllac SRX. The engine light ws on and the code was interpreted that a timing chain replacement was needed, which they did without hesitation. Mark (their service manger) was top knotch. Their sales team could not have been more accomadating to make a deal that suited my finances. They made the car an absolute Gem!

I believe the review written by will t posted here to be written by one of the salesmen at GRAND MITSUBISHI by the name of Bill T. (will t) wrote it. And should not be allowed, it is against your terms of service rules for someone working at the dealership to write their own review using dealership internet connection, not only did they scam my mother in law, now they are scamming the internet review of their dealership.This place takes the cake all the way around. The reason I'm saying this review is a scam is because I informed that owner how HORRIBLE their internet rating was and instantly that review was put out there. I would appreciate Dealer Rater looking into this and removing their scam review of themselves.
