The sales people are awesome because they greet you when you enter with a smile and hand shake. They listen to your concerns about purchasing a car. Then the salesperson works hard on finding a car that meets your needs and is within your budget. After finding a car and letting you test drive it with him, he works hard to find a company to finance the car and make arrangements for your down payment. They don't push you to purchase something you can't afford nor do they sale you a car without a warranty. This is a dealership that has many cars.. After purchasing the car, the salesperson will call you two times or more, if needed, to see if you are satisfy with car or if you have any problems. It's a great company with great customer service!!!

Chris Halenberg is always great to work with. I just started my 10th. lease with him and Jennings Chevrolet. He always takes the time to help me find the best vehicle decision for me. We looked at other options this time since my financial situation has changed since the starting of other leases. He knew that I prefer to lease. Chris was able to find me a Trax that I'm able to lease. He was able to get me a downpayment in the range I asked him for and was also able to get me monthly payments in the range I asked for. I didn't think he would be able to accomplish these things this time around, but he came through for me as always. Thanks again Chris and I can't forget the rest of the Jennings team!

I was in a accident and my 2018 Silverado was totaled. I hate looking for a vehicle and listening to all the salesmen and their B.S. I set up an appointment and drove 1hr to see a vehicle in Elburn that was online. Speaking to a salesperson, he couldn’t find the vehicle. The GM stated that they hadn’t had a vehicle like that in over a month. I pulled the salesman outside and asked him if the was a GMC or another Chevy Dealer in the area. He old me Ron Westphal Chevrolet was about 20 min away. Arriving at RWC, I spoke to Richard. He was pleasant. He actually listened and fit me into a vehicle that I was looking for. No high pressure sales tactics. No B.S.

I live in FL and was searching all over the Southeast and Midwest for a very specific spec of truck that only a few dealers had. After talking to at least seven other dealers I ended up purchasing from Riverside. Jeff and Chase were both exceptional to work with! From providing pictures, FaceTime walk around of the vehicle, handling all the DMV paperwork (I was shocked that several dealers wanted me to do it once delivered), and the logistics of getting the vehicle delivered (extra kudos to the delivery driver for getting it to me at 8pm on a Sunday), they truly made the process so easy I couldn't say no AND the deal itself was still inline or better than the other dealers I was working with! In all my years of buying vehicles and dealing with dreaded dealers, this is the first time I'm genuinely happy with the service that was provided! Honestly I cannot say enough good things about my experience!
