My first visit to Homewood Chevy a week prior to my purchase. I spent time with Mo who allowed me to test drive 4 vehicles I asked about. He allowed me to get the feel of each of them while explained their various features. Mo is great. Gus really works at getting you the best possible financing. I recently assisted my daughter and her husband in purchasing a new Chevy Trax at Golf Mill Chevrolet and it was one of the best new car buying experiences I have ever had. I contacted Christopher over the phone based on his excellent reviews and set up an appointment and from that point forward I was extremely impressed with Christopher's communication, honesty, product knowledge and professionalism. On the second contact both my daughter and her husband were able to be there and they too were very impressed and satisfied and they purchased the vehicle. Christopher is very detailed to make sure all steps of the purchase and delivery process were completed including a tour of the dealership service department and introduction with the Service Manager and Service Advisor. All other employees we encountered at the dealership were also very friendly and efficient - finance, sales manager, cashier and other sales staff. I worked for GM for 31 years and purchased many, many new GM vehicles and again this was one of the best ever purchase experiences!! Bill S

I put off buying a new car for years knowing how painful the process can be. Through friends, it was suggested I work with Bill Ciszon at Castle Chevrolet McHenry as I have been looking at the new models and knew what I wanted. All I can say it the whole process was painless. My old car had no bells and whistles so a new one would take a minute to learn all I can do. I no longer have to manually turn on my headlights! Yes, it’s a very excitable feature. Ha! I went in 1 day, test drove what I liked (Trailblazer) and Bill searched high and low for the trim style I liked above the rest, and once received helped walk me thru the new features, ways I can adjust, and even sat there with me thru the terrible onStar questioner. It was just funny because they said all the things he already did. Typically the most painful process is the finance portion so I’m going to add, it was fine. They already had my basic info the day I test drove because we knew I was going to get a car; it was just the when it would arrive. By the time I walked in the office they already ran the credit check and paperwork digitally prepared so they knew what they could offer me quickly. I knew what I needed, wanted, and what I didn’t. I simply stated what I didn’t need and there was absolutely no haggling. Sorry for the long review but I seriously put this off for years thinking I’d be in that office for years signing away my newborn baby. It was the total opposite. The day I bought the car, I MAYBE was there an hour; if that. Go check them out and talk to Bill Ciszon. Great guy hands down and will help you find what you’re looking for!

I think this dealership is honest and commendable. I was out on the road on a trip that was 3000 miles and counting when I experienced an issue with my 2015, Silverado 1500. I made the appointment for diagnostics through Ted and arrived for the appointment. I was greeted by friendly staff and after a short wait the truck was finished with a simple tightening of a negative battery cable. The dealership fixed the issue and said since I was an out-of-town traveler, and the fix was so minor and quick, they were not going to charge me the diagnostic fee at all. So, one short hour wait and zero cost I was on my way. This dealership chose not to charge me for an agreed upon fee and I think that is a great way to handle customers. Thank you Ted and Napleton Chevrolet, I will recommend your dealership to anyone that asks.

I set up an appointment and drove 1hr to see a vehicle in Elburn that was online. Speaking to a salesperson, he couldn’t find the vehicle. The GM stated that they hadn’t had a vehicle like that in over a month. I pulled the salesman outside and asked him if the was a GMC or another Chevy Dealer in the area. He old me Ron Westphal Chevrolet was about 20 min away. Arriving at RWC, I spoke to Richard. He was pleasant. He actually listened and fit me into a vehicle that I was looking for. No high pressure sales tactics. No B.S.

I live in FL and was searching all over the Southeast and Midwest for a very specific spec of truck that only a few dealers had. After talking to at least seven other dealers I ended up purchasing from Riverside. Jeff and Chase were both exceptional to work with! From providing pictures, FaceTime walk around of the vehicle, handling all the DMV paperwork (I was shocked that several dealers wanted me to do it once delivered), and the logistics of getting the vehicle delivered (extra kudos to the delivery driver for getting it to me at 8pm on a Sunday), they truly made the process so easy I couldn't say no AND the deal itself was still inline or better than the other dealers I was working with! In all my years of buying vehicles and dealing with dreaded dealers, this is the first time I'm genuinely happy with the service that was provided! Honestly I cannot say enough good things about my experience!
