Our 2020 Forrester needed it's 60,000 mile service and since we bought the car there we decided to use Stateline's service facility. All of the personnel were very friendly and helpful. They were receptive to us pointing out small tears on the passenger seat and the arrangement of a loaner car. The only downside was the initial scheduling of the appointment. The scheduler called us at 5:45 am (Pacific Time) because we live in Oregon.

This is an update to a previous review one year ago. This time around the service was outstanding! I won't go into details, but I ended up back at Larry H. Miller in Boise by mistake and I am happy I did because this time the service was outstanding. Compared to a year ago, they got to our Ram Truck in immediately and got the problem resolved within a day of it being towed to them. Roberto was the service manager and he answered my many questions and he and his team did exactly what they said they would do. I tried to go to my last review and update it there, but this site would not let me. Thank you for getting us back on the road and it proves things can change for the better. Good job!!

After doing the KBB thing online I was contacted by Amanda who assured me that she would be able to beat their price of $7,500 however after driving over an hour to get there I was informed that the only offer they can make was $2,000 what a bunch of pathetic crap I would not recommend to my worst enemy and will never visit them again

I had to take my 2019 RAM 3500 into service for a recall and batteries were acting up. Meet with Evan in Service at the Caldwell Dennis Dillion and he had everything checked out and serviced. I had mentioned that I was unable to get my phone to pair and work in the truck anymore too, and in past visits I was told that it was an update issue and it was nothing they could do about it. Evan however took a look at it and was able to adjust the settings to allow the phone to "mirror" in the truck again and got it working again. There is still an issue with the truck software and my phone from time to time disconnecting, But Evan was able to get my phone paired and mirrored to the truck screen again and he took the time to show my how he did it in case it happens again. He has been the best service guy I have worked with yet. I really appreciate Evan taking the time to show me and fix it.

I had limped into the parking lot of Parker Subaru in Coeur d'Alene, ID with a dying car and they fixed me right up. Parker Subaru is the BEST dealer I ever purchased a new car from. Tim, my salesperson, was patient, friendly, fun, comprehensive in explanations to me, and provided me with outstanding experience. Not pushy at all - I felt like we were partners trying to solve my problem. The Finance department was extremely helpful as well as we had an unusual circumstance but they are problem solvers! I am so pleased to have received such great service - and it continues with the service department who make it easy to get into for maintenance - oil changes, tire rotations, etc. They told me that when you join Parker you are one of the family and -no kidding - I feel like I have a new family - the Subaru family of car owners! Both my kids purchased their own Subaru CrossTreks. The safety ratings and features are truly extraordinary and make driving easier and *safer*. I bought mainly for the safety and utlility but also for the FUNctionality. We like to paddleboard, kayak, bike and the Subaru is perfect for off road and on road trekking. Subaru's are fun to drive! I was sadly disappointed in my experience with Ryan and Hawks motors. I had talked my daughter into buying her boyfriend his car from Ryan, a used BMW, it had low miles, was a little older but looked nice. There were some things needing to still be fixed on it that they said were already fixed but weren't. At first Ryan was great about promising to get them fixed and make it right. But that is as far as it went. He directed us to multiple shops to get things fixed but NOTHING was or has been fixed still to this day on that car, 6 months later and promise after promise. Sad part is that because he seemed so nice and easy to work with we thought we would have him and his shop work on my daughters Mercedes as well. She needed a back driver side door fixed that some children had broken the leaver to open it. We took it in, told them the issue it all seemed fine. We go back to pick it up and they said......Oh we fixed the broken back window....we were like what the window wasn't broken.....They froze pretty much at that point knowing they had done the wrong thing to the wrong car. Instead of fixing the back driver side door. They supposedly fixed the back driver side window and took apart the driver's door and in the process broke that door!! And to add salt to that he wanted my daughter to pay for having that door fixed and it wasn't broken to begin with so that he could reorder the part to really fix it now and try to fix the back door as well. 4 shops later $400 dollars spent on our side the Mercedes front door is still broken, the back door is now fixed there never was anything wrong with the window and his shop ruined the secondary air compressor which we now need to replace at a cost of $600.00 AND THE BMW STILL HAS NOT BEEN TOUCHED and since it won't work now 6 months later he is refusing to even fix the things we have in writing that he was going to fix as part of the deal and he won't take the car back and give my daughter her money back so now she's out that second car and $9000.00 dollars for it. Seriously DO NOT shop his lot and if he states he or his shop will fix anything run because it will end up costing you more than the original repair would have with a reputable shop to begin with. I'm really not happy Ryan and I think the way you treated my daughter because she was young was really a crappy thing to do. I honestly hope no one ever treats your children as poorly as you treated mine.

I have been a long time Jeep owner and newly purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler. I am planning a trip and recently bought a roof top tent for it. Realizing that i needed a roof rack to go with it i attempted to order one online and this did not work well. I am happy to say i called parts dept. and they ordered me the right rack and it was in the store within a few days. I have no experience with installing a rack like this so i inquired about how much this would cost and was dismayed to be quoted $580 and was told based on what i ordered it would take the shop 5 hours to install. This didnt seem right, so i picked up the rack and took a shot at installing it myself. Again i was dismayed to realize i had been over-quoted, i often times believe its because i am female. It took me all of 30 to 40 minutes to install. Not cool Jeep Findlay

The dealership looks simple and small, but they are great. Buying this car was the easiest and fastest I have ever experienced. I showed up prepared with proof of address and income and financing was done in less than 30 minutes. They were all friendly and low pressure. They gave me a list of cars with their cost and monthly payment and were very open about everything. The final signing was done online and I got paper and an email copy of everything. They even checked in the day after to see how I liked my car so far. Their only flaw is the lack of vehicles on the lot. They said if I was looking for something very specific, they could likely get it in from another dealership around the country in a few days to a couple weeks. I would definitely recommend them.
