Scheduled Express Lane Service appointment for oil change & tire rotation thinking it would get right in & be done within 30 mjnutes. I was 5 minutes early & they pulled Jeep inside entrance right away. It w & tire rotation thinking it would get right in & be done within 30 mjnutes. I was 5 minutes early & they pulled Jeep inside entrance right away. It was 30 minutes before Jeep was moved again to bay for servicing. It was a full hour to have oil changed & tires rotated. I thought Express Service would be a lot quicker. Was ok with an hour, but thought Jeep would be moved to bay closer to scheduled appointment. Movement is all verified on my Jeep app. They've had snack a canned drinks & bottled water in past (this Spring) when I've had Service done. Only had a tray of store bakery cookies that was 3/4 gone to offer. Disappointed in that offering. Service desk tem member was quick with checking me in. Got text saying I would get updates, but never received any like Jeep moving to service bay, etc. I guess I'm really more of a score of 4 as I continue to find communication is lacking in the service department. If I hadn't said something about just buying Jeep exactly 1 year ago at time of service & that my understanding was I'd have 2 free oil changes & tire rotations I would have been charged for them. Obviously scheduling services thru the Jeep app, which told me these services were due, doesn't connect warranty information in process. System is lacking in that, but Service Manager Kurt got notes put in system when I called 2 days after scheduling to question the warranty free service. More
