Took my truck in for some warranty work and they found out the extended warranty i have would not cover the original problem but they found other items that were wrong and covered under the warranty and I out the extended warranty i have would not cover the original problem but they found other items that were wrong and covered under the warranty and I opt out on the one that wasn't covered under warranty and the they billed me for a diagnostic fee even though they found other items that were wrong. What a crooked way to do business even when they got other work out of me bringing the truck in. Diffently will take the truck to another dealer. More

I’ve brought my 22 Ram 2500 here for service since new. May 23 they fixed the clock spring behind the airbag in the steering wheel. Since then I’ve been back a hand full of times, with the same issue, wh May 23 they fixed the clock spring behind the airbag in the steering wheel. Since then I’ve been back a hand full of times, with the same issue, which is still unresolved. The last two times I was denied service because there’s nothing the service department can do with bad parts from Ram. Now, as of two days ago, they’re covering their behinds, by saying there’s nothing wrong with my vehicle. They should be ashamed of themselves. Honor your warranty!!!!! More
