They have lost 2 sales to a dealer I was willing, and did, drive 6.5 hours one way, both times, to get a much better deal and the car I actually wanted. nice enough sales staff. Jon (sales manager) was only offering a 2.3% off MSRP and relied on factory rebates and incentives I didn't qualify for to try and make me think I was getting a good deal. This was only after I had to initiate a callback and several follow up emails and text messages. Then Jon just ghosted me completely. I was ready to buy. He said he could do a dealer trade but never followed up and I never heard back after that. I got 8.3% off MSRP before any incentives or rebates (remember I didn't qualify for any). More
