When I tell you their customer-first experience is no nonsense, please believe me! This isn’t some “Sweepstakes Review”, these are real world honest facts. I inquired about a vehicle online, I was quoted a price by a salesman, however, I wasn’t feeling the price, and thus I told the salesman. I later received a call from Scott Doshan, Director of Development, we made a connection, negotiated a price and now I’m driving my new vehicle. When I say this dealership went over and beyond to complete this purchase to my satisfaction, that’s an understatement. No hassle, no pressure, no gimmicks; just committed customer service. From my salesman, Parker Allen, to Andree in the financial office, even the front receptionist, who was later dusting around the dealership came up and called my wife and I by first names and asked, how our purchase was going. We were done in about an hour. The only downfall is that I live 4 hours away, but I guarantee you, I will be making that trip again when I’m in the market for another vehicle! Their BBB rating should be AAA+++. FACTS!!!
