I would like to give a shout-out to Franklin Toyota and specifically, Kirsten Smith in Service. My son's 2017 Tacoma was experiencing an issue with something draining his battery and after reviewing, the technician was able to find the issue and fix it. Kirsten kept me in the loop on a regular basis with updates. In addition, there was a recall on the back break light above the back window. Kirsten took the time to order the part and schedule a follow up to have that recall fixed as well. Great service!

I will never return to this dealership for warranty or any repairs. I dropped my Jeep off on July 23, 2024 and here it is January 7, 2025 and I still do not have my Jeep back. They took my Jeep out to Jackson, but didn't want to take it to Barnesville to "recreate" the issue, which they cleared all the codes for. They finally "recreated the issue when I took time off work to go and ride with the assistant service manager to the exact spot that I said would trigger the issue. At this point it was November and they ordered the parts (wiring harness, ABS sensor, and instrument cluster). I received a call on January 3, 2025 stating that the wiring harness was installed, but they were not done with the other items, "one of the parts that were ordered was wrong and we had to send it back" was the update I received along with being told that my Jeep was almost completely disassembled (seats removed, dash completely out). They go a month or more between updates, they do not listen to the customer, and the service manager is rude and arrogant. During the purchase of my 3rd vehicle from Cronic, while my Jeep is in their service department, the service manager makes the comment "I hope they can't afford it" as he walks through the sales department and sees me and my husband. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO ANYONE!!

I scheduled a service appointment with Gainesville Hyundai and when I got there, they told me the repair would take about an hour and 15 minutes to an hour and a half. Well an hour and a half later, they called me up to the service desk and told me they didn’t have the part to do the recall work. I asked them why they didn’t have the part when they knew I was coming in over a week ahead of time and I took a day off work and they said that one of the other technicians had used the part on another car a couple days prior. They then said they would order the part and then call me and one to two days to schedule another appointment and I have never heard back from them
