I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about my experience with Atlanta Autos. I purchased a 2023 Land Rover Defender, and at delivery a damaged headlight was documented. Atlanta Autos promised they would take care of the repair, but that promise turned out to be false. Weeks later, after countless follow-ups from both me and the Land Rover dealership, I’m still getting the runaround instead of a resolution. The issue isn’t that something needed to be repaired—used vehicles can have problems. The issue is that this dealership made a commitment, failed to honor it, and has continued to delay, deflect, and provide poor communication throughout the process. If you’re considering buying from Atlanta Autos, especially from out of state, be extremely cautious. Get every promise in writing and don’t expect follow-through once the sale is complete. My experience has been one of broken commitments and excuses, and I cannot recommend doing business with a dealership that operates this way. More
