Its service department is hands above the service departments of other dealers. However, it could be greatly improved by charging its customers based on the lesser of the actual time spent by its qualified mechanics or the time proved in the “book rate”, which usually exceeds the actual time expended. This would still yield a profit for the mechanic and dealership and would lead to a lot more work given to the dealership and less work provided to independent mechanics.

Communication regarding free service could have been better, expected the warranty work, was surprised at the no cost first oil change (which was good, but delivery of this earlier would have been better)
