Rachelle did OK. My problem is taking the car in for service B. Estimated cost $750. After I received it back Rachelle called me to explain my automobile needed $80 My problem is taking the car in for service B. Estimated cost $750. After I received it back Rachelle called me to explain my automobile needed $8000 in additional repairs. This is a car that has 21,000 miles on it. So I opted for NONE of those additional things. One of the estimates was $2000 to change spark plugs on an eight cylinder engine. Our engine is six cylinders. I don't think I'll be going back. More
