Yesterday I was traveling north on 95 from Florida to - Citygirl702inflorida

Yesterday I was traveling north on 95 from Florida to North Carolina. A trooper had his lights on and I made the mistake to pull off immediately to the left side of the 95. The trooper passed me and turned his lights off. I hit a road hazard when I pulled off and bent the rim on my tire. I had three show dogs in my dodge caravan and myself. The jack in my emergency kit was not safe enough for me to jack my van up to crawl under it to release my spare tire. Four roadside companies would not assist me because of the dogs and my location. After hours I found a man that would assist me for a large amount of cash. Once safe, I drove to 4 different tire and rims shops. The fifth location was the Chrysler's dealership in Brunswick, GA. The first person I met was Johnathan from the service department. This man helped me immediately. He understood how important the dogs were to me and allowed me to keep my van running in the service area. Johnathan told me he had good and bad news. My rim is 1600 and could be there in a day. He also had a van in the back he could take the rim from that would not match but I would be able to get the dogs home and take care of everything from home. I do not know one dealership that would not take advantage of the situation I was in to make a sale. I would drive cross country to give this dealership my Business. My heart was devastated when the trooper past my van and left me on the side of the road to save himself a little time. Johnathan and the entire staff was kind and it was not about a sale. It was about getting me home safely. I will give this dealership my loyalty forever. I will purchase my vans in the future from them no matter where I am living because in a time when they could have taken advantage of my situation they only wanted to help me. I can’t thank them enough for everything. If you need your vehicle repaired please keep them at the top of your list and shake Johnathan’s hand because this service department is truly here to help people.

Would not recommend working with these people from service to sales, terrible experience. They are money hungry vultures that have no regard for the people they are working with. They care about making a sale and getting paid. Literally the worst customer service I’ve dealt with in my entire life. I work in a customer service oriented industry myself and I have more compassion and sense to make sure my customers are fully aware and taken care of even if that means additional work to include making a simple phone call or a verbal check when in person. Phone calls aren’t even something they know how to answer because again they don’t actually care about the customer so it makes sense that they wouldn’t bother to give someone a call. An 88% recommendation rate seems like an exaggerated lie to me because there’s no way people can think the people that work here are actually helpful. Thorsten Naperkowski had little to no regard for anything I had to say and instead continued to try to downplay. He barely was able to find the information related to my vehicle yet he’s a manager. If you can, go anywhere else but here.

I will NEVER buy another vehicle from anyone else again. No one worked harder to get me in vehicle in all my experiences of buying a vehicle. Tom Zutaut went above and beyond and helped me everyway possible to get me in the truck I wanted. Big ED and the rest of the sales team and the finance team also did an awesome job. I went in thinking it was going to be impossible to get out from under a bad loan, but let me tell you these guys worked the problem and solved it. Got me the payments and everything I could have ever asked for. Brian Considine the Finance manager helped walk me through it all and got me an even better deal than I thought was possible. I can't thank everyone enough and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking and even if you think you are so far upside down it doesn't hurt to ask I promise they will work hard to try to get you in another ride and a better deal for you and your family.
