I purchased a car here on April 6Th and when I have not received my tag by May 15th I called with concern as the Dealership tag expires on the 21st and I need to go out of town next week. Firstly, I was to received my tag by May 15th I called with concern as the Dealership tag expires on the 21st and I need to go out of town next week. Firstly, I was told they could not extend it and that I had to go to the tag office for that. When I explained that I would not have a chance to go to the tag office before the 21st because I had to leave town I was told “not to be ugly but you did call at 6 PM on a Friday “which is the most appalling customer service I have ever experienced in my life! When I asked why it was taking so long for me to get the tag I was told the paperwork was not even submitted until May 6 which was a month after I bought the car! Which is absolutely appalling if you cannot extend the date on my dealer tag… Very unhelpful. Very rude. Very unprofessional. And severely lacking in paperwork efficiency. The only good experience I had at the dealership was the sales person I dealt with and unfortunately, he no longer works there, now I understand why. I hope his talent and skills are being appreciated to add a more deserving Dealership. More
Long story, sorry. Last week I got a new car. I had looked for a month before that. Initially, I wanted a Jeep Gladiator truck - yes, I know I didn’t need one. I was go Last week I got a new car. I had looked for a month before that. Initially, I wanted a Jeep Gladiator truck - yes, I know I didn’t need one. I was going to get a 2024 used one at Don Jackson Jeep in Commerce. When I went to pick it up, it had a spot at the tire well where the paint was taken off. I had pictures from before, and the spot wasn’t there. I couldn’t help but think they knew about it and thought I wouldn’t see it. So, I got my check back and left. I should have left it right there, but for a few days I went back and forth with them. Then I decided I was just going to get a 2026. Of course at that time they kept changing things so yes I should have stopped but then. I was told I had to pay extra to get a hard top which I wanted. I was asked if I wanted black or white. I told them black, but a few minutes later, I was texted and told it had to be white. When I went to pick up the Jeep, I noticed it was missing a little paint right there at the window. I got my daughter to climb up and look at the top, and she said, "Mama, you may want to see this." When I got up there, you could tell it wasn’t a new top. I had a fit. The guy came out and said, "Oh, we can buff it. The top had just been sitting; it had not been used but a couple of times. We’ll fix it, buff it." I guess they were thinking that since I didn’t have a man there, I would do that. I bet they put the top from the white 2024 on the 2026. Well to heck with that dealership. 🤥🤥🤥 They told so many lies. Run run run. Sales woman Claire did me wrong and also Cory wanted to laugh at the begining. Then of course the guy who was higher up thought I was stupid I guess. More

My Salesman Ryan Brooks. On my way there I called to inquire on a vehicle I was interested in. I appreciate that Ryan made me feel at ease and got back with the information needed on the vehicle promptly and not forcefully. I appreciated his willingness to listen to my wants and needs for my vehicle and keeping his word that he will make sure I am happy at the end and to come on by. Which we all know “may not happen” After our conversation and his ways of responding. I knew he cared about fulfilling my needs and making sure I would be happy. The conversation alone made me feel confident to drive 1 1/2 hours to the dealership. The best was yet to come! Walking into this dealership, the whole aura of how everyone speaks to you and the way they speak to one another. The whole interaction I was there for a couple of hours which felt more at ease and like hanging out with family than actually being at the dealership wondering who is going to “get you”. I conversed with everyone there, another salesman man Shane, finance and sales manager Chris. You have to be there yourself to understand. Everyone is nothing short of amazing. Everyone is professional, they work as a team for sure. You can tell when people love what they do! Thank you for assisting me in purchasing my beautiful vehicle. I wish you continued well deserved success and hope you make everyone feel the way I felt today while doing something that can sometimes be stressful. You have truly changed my opinion on “going to a dealer”. These are the type of dealerships you want to do business with. Even after a long day, I couldn’t even wait to write this review. You are 10 ⭐️ in my book. Truly, thank you. More

I limped in around 2:30 on a Friday afternoon, when you know everyone is anxious to go home. Sean the service advisor got a technician to start in right away. He replaced the brakes on all 4 wheels and got me back on the road within 24 hours saving our cross country RV trip. Everyone went above and beyond. More
I thought they would be a little more helpful and upfront. I called them to make an appointment for a service they had diagnosed about a month ago. I also told them the heater wasn't working properly upfront. I called them to make an appointment for a service they had diagnosed about a month ago. I also told them the heater wasn't working properly and they said they could check it out. The cost for the filter replacement was almost $800 without taxes or credit card fees. When I went to drop it off and reminded them to let me know their thoughts on the heater not working I was told it would be an extra $170 for a diagnostic charge to tell me what was wrong with the heater. I asked if the diagnostic cost would actually tell me why the heater wasn't working and he said that they had to run it. I also asked if the diagnostic fee would be waived in the cost of repairs and he said no, that it would be in addition to any repairs. I drove an hour there and back and so did my wife because she was going to pick me up. It was a waste of my time. This might very well be the way the world works now but I will look for any other way of dealing with the problems than have a surprise charge applied for something that may or may not lead to a proper diagnosis and then undoubtedly lead to a much bigger repair cost that may or may not fix the problem. I guess the bottom line is I won't make the mistake of going back for service or to look for a vehicle. I also think it is worth noting to anyone considering going there to ask about all fees before you make the drive. More

He was very attentive to my concerns, questions, and information about vehicles that he thought would fit my needs. I never felt pressured or rushed to fine the vehicle I wanted. He explained the financial process and information regarding the purchase. He contacted me the next day to be sure everything was satisfactory. I would highly recommend Colby to contact for your next vehicle purchase. More
