THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP IVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!!!!!!!! Prior to me going to this dealership I read the reviews and thought that I wouldn't have the same experience as others due to I was only selling a car and not buying but I was totally wrong. I took my Jeep to them and other nearby dealers to get an appraisal. They did an inspection, gave me an offer price thats was on par with others dealers I spoke with so I let them know that I would come back the next day to sell the car. I bring my vehicle in the next day along with a check to payoff the difference with the used sales manager Dunston and everything goes smooth as I sign off on the paperwork to sell. The next day Dunston sends me a text a day after a purchase stating that they were backing out the deal after all paperwork was completed, stating that there were unknown issues with the vehicle which defeats the point of me bringing it in for inspection. I call him after receiving the text but he doesn't answer my call. So I drive 40 minutes over to the dealer to see what's going and Dunston states he's unable to provide details as he's not a mechanic. He also states that he didn't answer because he couldn't provide me information about it so w wasted almost and hour by driving to the dealership. He tells me to come back the next day and talk to the other sales manager Ricky Lewallen. Come in the next day and they forced us to take back the Jeep we sold to them with no reason why and by stating that they were not going to pay off the loan, which felt incredibly deceitful due to all paperwork was completed. I spoke to an attorney and was told this was not right due the paper signed states as is and we also do not know what was done with the vehicle while in their possession after sale. Ricky Lewallen, used car manager admitted that even he didn’t know why and he said that it wasn’t his decision it was “the higher ups” which he would not allow us to speak to.
We later found out that the manager that he said wasn’t there, in fact was, but was to coward to speak with us to get an explanation. I would caution anyone considering doing business with them. If you have to pay more to go somewhere is it would be well worth it as they truly lack integrity and have awful customer service.
