I have taken my car to Napleton VW of Orlando several times over the past few years for a reoccurring issue. Each time the service staff have been professional, kind, and helpful. Roger has gone above and beyond to make sure that I and my car have been taken care of properly. Occasionally I have had long waits for parts to come in, but that is not the fault of the dealership or of the people working there, just a reality of current times. I will happily continue bringing my GTI to Napleton of Orlando for any future service needs.

Even though I was purchasing from out of state, the process was predominantly efficient and well-managed. The dealership arranged the signing of all necessary documents, handled the vehicle registration, and even referred me to a reliable transport service for the car. The salesman, Romi, was especially helpful throughout the entire process. He was efficient, communicative, and made sure I was informed every step of the way. I was very impressed with how they handled any hurdles that appeared in the buying process and made sure to resolve them, which ultimately left me feeling very positive about the entire experience. I would definitely recommend Porsche West Palm Beach (Braman Motorcars) to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Their dedication to customer service, especially when dealing with out-of-state buyers, really sets them apart.

I have found the service managerr Will, to be the saving grace for this dealerships service departmement. I have found Diane in the parts depatment to do a litle extra for customers (me). Generally the service people are pleasant and transact with good intensions. I have found the lack of support for this service department and its customers to come from upper managerment and ownership. It seem upper management (I beleive the owners daugher is the general manager) and ownership need to provide more support for customer service, which would result in better service for customers.
