Captain Mo was absolutely amazing to work with! Wasn’t pushy at all or made me feel pressured to rush which allowed me to view my options and find my DREAM car! However in finance it felt very pressured and rushed and things weren’t clear when asked or “oh you didn’t want that remember” when just trying to clarify final numbers! It felt pressured and uncomfortable at times but overall I love Kia it’s my second time buying a car! Love the experience Mo gave and will always go back only bc of him!

It is now 8 months since I bought my car from Crown Volvo. The car buying experience was the best I have ever had (did what they said, low pressure, made it easy, followed up, sold me the car for the price they told me, which was a very good price) and I gave that 5 stars on Google at the time because there are no more stars than that to give. Here I am this much later and I had a question so I sent it to Chris Lowry, who sold me my car in the first place. Chris followed up the same day with a response and is going to research my question and get back to me. That is real customer service. This place is like no car dealer I have ever been to. I am so glad I bought from here.
