He was extremely friendly, listened to my concerns, and gave some real thought and attention to figuring out a creative solution. Mr. Jeorge Garcia went to great lengths to take care of a problem I was having with an extended warranty. My power steering pump on my Tundra was making a noise when I turned. I had purchased an extended warrantee at the time I bought the truck. The warranty people said that they only would replace the pump when it completely failed. I spoke to mr. Garcia and he said that he would talk to them and call me back. He called me back when he said he would and arrangements were made to replace the part. Which was done to my complete satisfaction. Marianna Toyota is a pleasure to do business with. I have purchased several vehicles from them over many years and have always been satisfied with the service. It is nice to do business with someone who really treasures their customers.
