Johnny Dillon was beyond helpful. After I purchased my vehicle, he called to make sure everything was good. I told him about my concerns and confustion with the HV EV modes on the vehcile. I stopped by the dealership and he was outside to greet me and was VERY patient while I tried to understand the features on the vehicle. He then went a step further and replaced a missing valve stem cap and cleaned sticker residue off the tinted window. I was very frustrated with my purchase and having buyers remorse UNTIL Johnny reached out and helped me understand. I love my RAV4. Thank you Johnny. You are the BEST.

In for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I had just moved to Florida so this was my first time to Erdman Toyota. My service representative Chris Miller was very good. My Tacoma was still fully loaded with all my tools and personal belongings and I was concerned that when they put it on the lift, the center of gravity would be VERY wrong and could cause the truck to tip off the lift. Chris listened carefully to my concern, and brought in his lead tech to evaluate the safety of putting the truck up on the lift. They determined that I was correct and it would, in fact, be unsafe. Instead of cancelling my appointment and rescheduling it for after I had the chance to unload. (I had driven over an hour from Ft Pierce to get there.) They came up with a plan to do the work on an alignment lift so it would be supported safely. This is an example of a "Lets get it done" attitude that can be lacking in today's world. Hat off, and two thumbs up for a job well done. Thanks Guys!

This is my 6th vehicle purchase in 14 years from Earl Stewart Toyota. The sales experience is always relaxed and enjoyable. I never expected to find the 2025 Tundra TRD Pro in the color I have wanted for several years sitting on the lot. I expected to order and have a lengthy wait. The stars alined on Saturday morning during an oil change and my new truck was sitting on the lot waiting for me. My sales consultant, Steven Silverstein was a great guy. Steven made sure I got a deal of a lifetime, and we had great personal conversation during the purchase process. I would absolutely recommend Earl Stewart Toyota and specifically Steven Silverstein to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle from the Parks Toyota dealership in Deland, think twice. My experience with this dealership has been nothing short of disappointing, frustrating, and exploitative. They engage in price gouging, overcharging clients, and operating in bad faith to maximize their profits. What’s worse, I initially trusted this dealership, even recommending it to others. However, I later discovered that a relative was offered the exact same model for $3,000 less—from the same dealership. Despite negotiating in good faith, it became clear that their pricing is arbitrary and opportunistic After experiencing their deceptive pricing firsthand, I regret ever stepping foot in their showroom. No business that values integrity should treat customers this way. Called the manager who basically said it is fine to dupe people!! If you don’t want to be overcharged, misled, and treated unfairly, take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships that respect their customers—this is not one of them. Until they change their unethical pricing tactics, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your next vehicle.

I purchased a car from the Southern 441 Toyota. I have attached the sticker on the car. As per the sticker Appearance package was included in the purchase price. Once I left for home and I noticed car did not have wheel locks as per the sticker price. It is easier to notice. I am not sure they have done paint guard or fiber guard, it's not visibly noticeable. I went back to the dealership and spoke to the manager and said we don't include the wheel locks because customer looses the key. He would not listen to my side and interrupting my genuine complain to resolve missing locks.

Mr. Jeorge Garcia went to great lengths to take care of a problem I was having with an extended warranty. My power steering pump on my Tundra was making a noise when I turned. I had purchased an extended warrantee at the time I bought the truck. The warranty people said that they only would replace the pump when it completely failed. I spoke to mr. Garcia and he said that he would talk to them and call me back. He called me back when he said he would and arrangements were made to replace the part. Which was done to my complete satisfaction. Marianna Toyota is a pleasure to do business with. I have purchased several vehicles from them over many years and have always been satisfied with the service. It is nice to do business with someone who really treasures their customers.
