Very disappointed. We spend a lot of money at Toyota. Always buy them, but this stops now. We have a blizzard white Toyota Highlander. The paint is peeling off the car. Toyota has a recall, but they do not stand behind this. Evidently there was an expiration, so I hope that your paint peeled prior to the cutoff date. I now have a car that is down to the metal and will rust away. I must pay out of pocket because they do not stand behind their paint job. It is completely disheartening. I am in tears over this. I take care of my car, and this should not have happened. I have a Toyota Highlander XLE. We have another Toyota Highlander as well. We have always purchased them due to the standards and quality that we believed these vehicles were and I thought the company held this standard. I am so deflated today. Wow!

Mr. Jeorge Garcia went to great lengths to take care of a problem I was having with an extended warranty. My power steering pump on my Tundra was making a noise when I turned. I had purchased an extended warrantee at the time I bought the truck. The warranty people said that they only would replace the pump when it completely failed. I spoke to mr. Garcia and he said that he would talk to them and call me back. He called me back when he said he would and arrangements were made to replace the part. Which was done to my complete satisfaction. Marianna Toyota is a pleasure to do business with. I have purchased several vehicles from them over many years and have always been satisfied with the service. It is nice to do business with someone who really treasures their customers.
