Then bait and switch started advertised on internet things aren’t as they seem 20inch tires and wheels say they are on the vehicle but are not. Called salesman was told he can’t help call used car manager it’s now his problem. Called to talk to Johnny . Was blocked and told managers don’t talk to customers . Leave a message he will call you back . Well after waiting several days no call . Guess no one cares about the customer anymore . Well no 20 inch tires and wheels just decreases my value 2,500 dollars in resale. So all told buyer be ware !! So all told I’m in a wheel chair and maybe the ADA may what to hear how things are run and how disabled people are treated.

THE MAINTENANCE IS FOR WHAT??? JUST OIL CHENGE AND THATS IT???? 30 YEARS WITH TOYOTA AND I THINKS IS TIME FOR CHANGE.

He is incredibly personable, and, I believe, seeks to help the buyer out as much as he can. I have alot of faith in my purchase (a 2015 Camry). I believe I got it at the right price--they even came down to account for some repairs that I will most likely need in the future (not serious repairs though). In for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I had just moved to Florida so this was my first time to Erdman Toyota. My service representative Chris Miller was very good. My Tacoma was still fully loaded with all my tools and personal belongings and I was concerned that when they put it on the lift, the center of gravity would be VERY wrong and could cause the truck to tip off the lift. Chris listened carefully to my concern, and brought in his lead tech to evaluate the safety of putting the truck up on the lift. They determined that I was correct and it would, in fact, be unsafe. Instead of cancelling my appointment and rescheduling it for after I had the chance to unload. (I had driven over an hour from Ft Pierce to get there.) They came up with a plan to do the work on an alignment lift so it would be supported safely. This is an example of a "Lets get it done" attitude that can be lacking in today's world. Hat off, and two thumbs up for a job well done. Thanks Guys!

Mr. Jeorge Garcia went to great lengths to take care of a problem I was having with an extended warranty. My power steering pump on my Tundra was making a noise when I turned. I had purchased an extended warrantee at the time I bought the truck. The warranty people said that they only would replace the pump when it completely failed. I spoke to mr. Garcia and he said that he would talk to them and call me back. He called me back when he said he would and arrangements were made to replace the part. Which was done to my complete satisfaction. Marianna Toyota is a pleasure to do business with. I have purchased several vehicles from them over many years and have always been satisfied with the service. It is nice to do business with someone who really treasures their customers.
