Excellent appt process. While I waited for check-in with Damon, svc advisor, Lacey recognized and apologized for delay, reassured me Damon would take care of me soon. I didn't feel Damon was personable nor customer-friendly..very matter-of-fact. I appreciate svc video assessment by technician; video would have meant more to me if technician used audio to identify parts of car he was videotaping to better understand repair recommendations. Martin Honda technicians do this with their assessments. Otherwise, service was completed in a satisfactory manner. Check-out process was streamlined and associate was friendly.

We are very happy with Subaru's, this is our fourth Forester! We started buying Subaru's when this was the Matt Slap franchise and were always happy with the experience. With Ourisman there were differences: - They do not list contact information or even a roster for sales people on their website. We have a salesperson we really like doing business with (Laura Hart-Siano is awesome). I had to figure out how to contact her privately to know if she even was still selling Subarus at this location and only then was I able to establish a conversation with her. This took a significant amount of time on my part, that could have been avoided by the dealer. They had it set up so that not even the Matt Slap email address would forward to the new one. I also found that the managers did not care to negotiate and instead are trying to use a Carmax-like model. With this I felt my trade was undervalued when compared to online resources I used and Subaru's GAURANTEED trade in value from the My Subaru app. I was finally able to get to a place where I was comfortable but felt a bit under appreciated as the dealer was making a profit on both sides of my deal (Our trade in was listed on the website for about $9K more than we were given). We also found finance options were lacking and high. I knew going in that my credit union would have me at 3%...the best Ourisman could do was 6 and change. We have excellent credit...that's ridiculous. I financed at the 6 ish and then refinanced a week later with my credit union...again more work for me. I'm also not clear as to what our 'perks' are for buying a certified car there. A hard copy of that information along with the certified warranty would have been nice. Overall happy with the car, love the sales person, dealer was not special.

The car I was interested in ended up being sold prior to my arrival, and Dave was so patient with me while I looked at other options. Once we found the perfect fit, he spent time with me to set-up and learn how to work all the features on my car, and even checked in after the sale was complete. At no point did I feel as if I was just another customer. I would definitely refer my friends and family to him!

Took a couple of visits due to my situation. Tiyanna was patient and very helpful. I've bought several cars over the years. Some used, mostly new from different dealerships in the United States and some overseas. I can honestly say that Tiyanna and Winner Subaru made this a great experience.

I bought a car from Noel back in October. Since then, I've had a number of issues with it that weren't disclosed to me. At first, Noel seemed like a really good and honest guy. However, after driving the car off the lot, I immediately started having issues and realized that I had been lied to about a number of things. For starters, I was told that the car was in excellent shape and that it was recently given a full inspection where everything was replaced and as good as new; I quickly realized how big of a lie that was. The transmission was shot and I had to have it replaced about 2 weeks after buying the car. Then, I took it in to get an oil change and they had to replace filters that had never been replaced before. I asked them to do an overall inspection to make sure that everything else was running okay given that the car has a significant amount of miles on it, where they told me that the lower control arm bushing was shot. I've put $3,000+ into this car after buying it for a price that it wasn't worth given everything that was wrong with it. When I relayed this information to Noel and asked if there was anything that we could do about the amount of money that I was now out of, he immediately became defensive and offended that I called him dishonest; he also didn't trust my word. After sending him the proof of paperwork that the car had a number of issues, he proceeded to tell me that I was getting ripped off by the people who inspected it. I took the car to 3 different dealerships and car shops for second and third opinions, on top of asking a friend that I know that I can trust, and they had the same things to say about the car and confirmed the damage almost immediately. Don't trust him, and don't trust this dealership. They are both incredibly dishonest. I've never seen worse customer service in my life.

Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They sell the car, then they sell you on their expensive ultra warranty promising you they will be there if you need them. Well forget that, towing? Ha they will only tow if car breaks down right near the dealership. Then the repair “part is on back order” all we heard for 99 days and counting. They never communicate, you always have to reach out to them. Bought two Jeeps from them and would drive to the ends of the world before dealing with them every again. And after all that time sitting there, they deliver a disgustingly dirty car with some type of sap on it.
