Well, I had 845 appointment on a certain day. My car was told in it sent there a whole day without being serviced then I got a call said it was a start 800 and something dollars then I got a call My car was told in it sent there a whole day without being serviced then I got a call said it was a start 800 and something dollars then I got a call back saying with the wire OK then I got a call back saying it was all the car won't start now they need a fuse box 750 more dollars Then I called the next day. My technician was out sick so my car sit down another day two days of sitting with no service the diagnosis they put on my car they should have figured out the fuse boxes bad for the start. How can you go past the fuse box and go straight to the starter they just made money off for me that I didn't have so I'm very disappointed in your services. I told him I'm a vet. They gave a little discount but that was enough. I had to borrow money to get my car out of that place your place But and then to top it off when I pick my car up all my gloves will loose on my wheel to try to take my tire off my car so I had to go back in the dealership and had them tight my tire up. One of my studs is broken broke. I can't use it so I had to replace that stud on my own so the outline of everything I think that's very poor service and communication at your location. More
