The process was easy and everyone was very helpful! They didn't have the car I came in for, but Bianca made sure I found something that I liked.
Nate was great. His focus was getting me into the vehicle that I was comfortable with and really liked. Bianca was great also with financing.
Dropped SUV ON MONDAY 4 OIL CHANGE,AND ISSUE WITH ON STAR ON OUR 2025 EQUINOX RS! FAILED CONNECTION 2 ON STAR, HAD 2 ORDER PART,STILL WAITING ON PART 10 DAYS! WHILE WORKING ON SUV ,battery failed several times! Check on car on Friday,still working on battery issues! Called back following Monday, returned call from Lacy around 4pm, EQUINOX ready 4 pick up! Picked up SUV last Wednesday, still waiting 4 word on part 4 ON star,so service visit at New car can be completed! As a 20 year customer of NuCar I was concerned about time r repairs, and lack of updates from service department! I sent a couple of Texts 2 # provided 2 contact, they went unanswered!. Waiting on word 4 ON Star part so we can get service back 2 protect us on the road! We lost about 3 weeks with no ON STAR WHILE PAYING 4 ON STAR! THANK U!
