I'm sorry to leave a rather disparate review. I was treated fairly by the staff and cordially; my problem comes in the overall positioning of my vehicle. I purchased a vehicle with 18,000 miles a I was treated fairly by the staff and cordially; my problem comes in the overall positioning of my vehicle. I purchased a vehicle with 18,000 miles and brought it in for the 60,000-mile check. I was told politely by the service rep it would be about $1000 to do all of the checkups etc. I gladly signed to have the work done. shortly thereafter I received an AI generated valuation of my vehicle, 12,500 (2021). To my shock and amazement, the cost of the additional repairs from the work they found upon inspection was about $12,000. I elected not to have that extra work done, $11,500 more of suggested work. After talking to a number of folks who understand the car business, everyone thought the prices were excessive. I completely understand this is not a cheap car and repairs on expensive cars are frankly, expensive. But my question has become as to why this car which has no outward damage, and has not been driven other than routinely, has such a low value and requires such great repair( purchased from this dealer and checked over at the time of purchase). I'd like to know the answer to that question, Was I bamboozled? Upon leaving, the service rep must have sensed my shock, because he asked if I was going to give them anything other than five stars, to call him first. I found that to be particularly curious statement. Do you want an honest opinion or do you want one manipulated to make the numbers look better. I'd also like an answer to that question. More
