No hassles or pressure. Never in 45 years of buying cars did i have buying experiance go this pleasant. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I recently drove 3 hours from Long Island, New York to Champagne Motor Car Company in Willimantic, Ct to look at a Toyota Tacoma. The car was exactly as advertised~Great Condition! I met with the owner Kenny and Salesman Fernando....both were very fair, down to earth, no pressure. Over the years, I have dealt with many car dealers and this was by far, the best experience... worth the 3 hour drive.

I drive 45 minutes to get my vehicles maintained at Lia Honda Enfield. I have I've been a Honda CRV owner since 1997 and currently own a 2006 CRV SE with over 341,000 miles and a 2024 with 40,000 miles. I have been to many dealerships through the years. I like continuity in my auto maintenance relationships and Greg Palm a Service Advisor at Enfield currently and Northampton previously is a huge reason I choose Lia Honda Enfield. Greg is an excellent communicator and responsive when I have a concern. Making appointments is easy. I recently needed a bigger repair on my 2006 CRV. Greg set me up in a loaner and called me when the work was done. I returned the loaner and paid for the repair and drove my car home. Easy peasy. There is a comfortable feel about the whole service department. The waiting area is a place I can get work done while I am waiting and when someone makes a cup of coffee the aroma makes me want a cup too.

DO NOT GO unless it is for routine maintenance. I have spent thousands of dollars from September - December (5 visits) for them to not fix my issue. (Issue: Anytime my auto start/stop kicks in the check engine light & active lane management light appear on my dashboard. Also, I get a notification that my car may not start the next time it is turned on. The worst part of it all is sometimes the emergency brake activates, which is extremely dangerous! ). The workers in the office are very nice. Each time I brought in my car they "clear the computer" and charge me several hundred dollars, even after I was told I would not get charged again because it is the same issue. But once I came to pick up my car, they charged me and said they had to clear different error codes then before, which is obviously a lie to get more money out of me. Sadly, every single time that I picked up my car, the issue reoccurs after the first stop at a stoplight (directly in front of their office). I would respect it more if they tell me they cannot fix the issue. AGAIN, I DO NOT RECOMMEND SERVICE HERE UNLESS IT IS ROUTINE MAINTENANCE.
