This is my third car I buy from Better Way, granted , these are used cars as such there are issues that need to be addressed. One characteristic that makes me return is that everyone is genuinely trying to help. That is their livelihood and they know it . There are problems, there are solutions and then there is customer service, I venture to say that despite the negative feedback we be hear, their customer service is up to the challenges, I will be back to BW whenever I’m in the market for another car. I have been coming to this dealership for years and they always treat me like family. This last week I was forced to stop in due to my check engine light coming on. Jeremy and Gary worked with the technician to get my vehicle right in and find out what was going on. A sensor I am told had gone bad, they replaced it and get me on the road again in under 2 hrs. Thank you to the entire staff, they are all so friendly and it is so nice to be able to pop in unannounced and be taken care of so quickly.

I reside in Maine and have never purchased a vehicle site unseen, reluctant initially, but once I made contact with CMC it was a smooth experience. After closing on the car, it was given a very thorough service inspection. Items found even borderline were addressed and or replaced to no additional cost of mine.. this is unheard of ! Vehicle was then delivered to my door and upon arrival it exceeded all expectations. From the initial contact, to photos and videos, financing and paperwork, delivery, all was top notch! My salesman Joe was very attentive to my needs and requests daily.
