My husband and I leased a beautiful new Tuscon Select Premium about a month ago at Brandfon Hyundai. We love the car so much, we decided to lease a second vehicle. Even though we have closer option, there was no question that we would be returning to Brandfon for car. From the initial phone call to driving off the lot, the employees were professional, accommodating, and kind. They were transparent and we felt no pressure in the friendly, warm environment. We were given the time we needed to discuss our options with Dennis, the sales manager. He helped us make a decision and there were no hidden fees. Dennis went out of his way to find a vehicle on the lot so we could drive away with it the same day. There were no Tuscons on the lot that matched what we were looking for, so Dennis found a higher model and gave us an exceptional deal. The sales and leasing consultant, Tyler, was very patient with us. He was extremely knowledgeable and spent time making sure that we felt comfortable. Tyler really seemed to prioritize a relationship with us, rather than just making a sale. He communicated with the service department, making sure our car was ready for us as fast as possible. Tyler spent time reviewing the car with us and going over all the features. He reached out the day after we got the car to ensure we were comfortable with the vehicle and its features, as well as setting us up on the Bluelink app so we could use all the technology that is available to Hyundai owners. Rafael, the business manager, went through the financing we us, making the most stressful part of the day when buying or leasing a car much more comfortable. He provided all the information to us in a clear manner, and just as he had with our last purchase, Rafael felt more like a friend than a businessman while still remaining professional. We left feeling comfortable and very happy with our lease agreement. My husband and I would absolutely recommend Brandfon as the dealership to use when buying a Hyundai. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. They handled us with a kindness and professionalism that is hard to find in the car industry. Bought our Tucson from them because had a 2001 sonota that was great. With this brand new 2017 Tucson that still only has 17,000 miles. We have had it at the dealership 3 times over past 6 months for sam that was great. With this brand new 2017 Tucson that still only has 17,000 miles. We have had it at the dealership 3 times over past 6 months for same problem noise when starting car noise from transmission when driving and car has rough idle at stop each time they keep it for 3-5 weeks don’t offer a car to use while it’s there keep giving it back to us with same issue not resolved you have to leave multiple messages to get a call back horrible customer service they rude when my wife and have spoken to different people from here. No confidence in mechanics that they can’t seem to fix it and return it to us with problems not resolved. Even managers don’t return calls. Have been back 2 more times just got car back again and with 15 miles noise is back. Told by dealer we can leave it again if we want safe to drive with noise don’t know what it is. They also charged us for new air filter and fuel injection cleaning to see if that resolved it. When it didn’t wasn’t refunded. Don’t even want it anymore would prefer my money back or trade in for new one since we can’t drive this one and it can’t be fixed right it’s a lemon but have not been given that option may have to contact an attorney or go to the news so every one can see how long time customer treated. Complained to corporate also was told over 2 weeks ago they would call m back. No call back still despite us leaving multiple messages. More

I am not impressed with this dealership. My salesperson was Tyler. He said i was approved for the purchase of a Hyundai Sonata. I ended up not approved by the bank and i was given the run around. Mike was was Tyler. He said i was approved for the purchase of a Hyundai Sonata. I ended up not approved by the bank and i was given the run around. Mike was also unprofessional. He did'nt notify me of the banks final decision. I found out via letter in the mail. I am happy to report that i have a brand new Kia.
