I first met Dave Novik from Garavel Subaru three years ago when looking for a car. Although I ended up buying a different vehicle elsewhere, i recalled him being knowledgeable, patient and professional. Fast forward to today, when it came time for my son to buy his first vehicle (a Subaru), my first thought was to contact Dave because of the positive impression he made a long time ago. We didn’t hesitate to drive more than an hour away from home to work with Dave, and I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. What a great experience! Everyone was super accommodating and friendly. I had never leased a vehicle before and they took the time to answer all of our questions. Our salesman Dwight was fantastic! Claudia was super helpful and friendly with our paperwork and financing. Chris the sales manager was spot on and all three made us feel great about doing business there. I would definitely recommend Executive VW to anyone. We will be definitely doing business with them from here on out. By the way my wife LOVES her new VW Atlas!

i admit that I approach car dealers with a little - ddmish

i admit that I approach car dealers with a little hesitation but as far as I could tell they were honest with me and treated me right. i was looking for a specific vehicle and they had what i wanted so they didn't have to push it on me. this was the first time I bought a vehicle out of state but they made the process easy and took care of anything that was a potential problem. CT does add some fees that i haven't seen before but that's not the dealership's fault and they made me aware of it ahead of time.

I really like the ease of scheduling an appointment and being able to stay and wait for the car. I had a bad experience at another Kia dealer where they wanted the car dropped off for the entire day just to check on something minor. It was ridiculous! So I have now switched to this Wallingford Kia dealership. The employees have been very nice as well and it just makes for a great experience.
