One of the reasons I bought a Chevy vehicle is because I live very close to this dealership. They are disorganized (my part sat for weeks and no one called me). Kaitlyn got the ball rolling after I contacted her about it. Then the service department changed my appointment because he sent the part off to be painted. At the time of order, I specifically asked for it NOT to be painted. I couldn’t afford it. It should have been a quick fix. Even came in at the time they recommended because “less busy.” It took 1-1/2 hours to attach a door handle, plus another 45 minutes for a car wash which I never asked for. When I finally got my car back it was FILTHY! I immediately sent a long text to Katlyn and photos of my dirty car. She brought this to the Service Manager’s attention. He was supposed to call me. Never did. They won’t give out Bobby Crabtree’s number.
Plus paid close to $300 for a part that fell off. They said it wasn’t covered on my extended warranty because I “damaged it.” Dave actually said to me “ You or someone else pulled too hard on the handle.”
Really!?
This is how they treat customers.
