Chad Reiss asked me to sign a blank title and I refused. We agreed to to hand write the out-of-state title (I live in Wyoming). Further, he would not allow me to title it in the name of my trust. I was surprised that he was an attorney and knew the laws of Wyoming. Still he refused and now I will have to title the car twice.

Because of his knowledge and salesmanship I was surprised he was as young as he is. He knows what he's talking about, never promised me anything he couldn't deliver and took the time to get to know what my likes and dislikes really were. Red Rock should do whatever they can to keep him on board. He will do well for the dealership and succeed in anything he decides to do. I worked with some others as well as Eli. Vance, made me believe he could do magic and completed the deal. I'm sure he's got his kids convinced as well. Great service staff. Service advisor Gary was outstanding , and he went the extra mile to determine the source of a burning smell in the engine compartment. The forecasted one hour for an oil change and tire rotation, was closer to two hours. Luckily, the waiting area was comfortable, and I was in no hurry.
