Long story short, from the moment I walked through the door Eli West gave me his full attention and was determined to make me happy. Because of his knowledge and salesmanship I was surprised he was as young as he is. He knows what he's talking about, never promised me anything he couldn't deliver and took the time to get to know what my likes and dislikes really were. Red Rock should do whatever they can to keep him on board. He will do well for the dealership and succeed in anything he decides to do. I worked with some others as well as Eli. Vance, made me believe he could do magic and completed the deal. I'm sure he's got his kids convinced as well. Everyone is friendly, polite and whoever owns this dealership should be proud of the group they have taking care of business.

I had such a good experience at the Mike Maroone Chevrolet Buick GMC Longmont when leasing my new 2024 Yukon Denali! I came in for an oil change on my Cadillac and wanted to check out the new inventory while I waited. I was introduced to Sean, took a test drive and knew I wanted to upgrade! Sean was patient with my very specific wants and found me the perfect Yukon with all the bells and whistles I wanted at a nearby dealer. We worked with Ben to value my trade-in and agreed on a price for the new vehicle. Everyone was so professional and kind - no xx, which I appreciated! The new vehicle arrived the next day so we went to pick it up and finish the paperwork. We met with Tim Amerson from the Finance dept and he was personable and did his best to get us in/out as soon as possible. Sean stuck around after the dealer closed to make sure he had a chance to test drive the new vehicle with me and show me every single thing I needed to know about the car, how the rear entertainment system worked, how to use super cruise, etc. He was so thorough and we really enjoyed working with him! From start to finish my experience here at John Elway Chevrolet was definitely the BEST car dealership experience i've EVER had. I actually came here by mistake because another dealership didn't give me their address when i talked with them over the phone, im glad i walked into this dealership. See my car was stolen and i was already dealing with so much stress of that i was kind of dreading going to a lot to get a new vehicle. I was welcomed with smiles and a friendly greeting from every single person that was working that day, i appreciated it a lot as i was a female walking into a dealership alone (it can be nerve-racking). HOWEVER i felt absolutely no pressure into my purchase, my original vehicle i was looking at online was sold the same day i walked in as well as the backup vehicle i wanted too, just my luck lol. Luckily for me i was working with Sean and he showed me other options and i ended finding an even better vehicle that will be my forever baby and for that i am thankful and grateful! im writing this review late as work has been kicking my a** and im finally being given the chance to sit down and slow down to do so (as i get my first oil change lol).
