Friendly, honest, detailed oriented service from the time I got there till I drove off in my new car. I couldn't be happier with the process and the end result. Not only did I leave with the car I set out for, no bait and switch, but I also left with a 10 year 125,000 more mile warranty. This by far was my best experience purchasing a car.

Overall, the salesman that helped us was Roger. It was very helpful with everything. Answered all the questions on the car that we could afford to pay me some and I can afford to price on. So I would recommend them to anybody. I would recommend all nation to anyone. Any one of my friends or even if somebody asked finance company was terrific also help us very much overall. All your salesmen are very nice. Very polite, very respectful and that's what I like it. And a lot of folks in my room were pretty concerned.

What a wonderful, positive experience...and scary lol. It had been a couple decades at least, since I had a new vehicle. I LOVED my big truck, but knew he was getting to have more problems then not. Thomas Jordan (salesman) helped me with looking at a couple vehicles but I just wasn't ready to commit at the time. I also wasn't for sure what I was even 'looking' for. A couple months went by and I went back and found my 'perfect' fit. Thomas helped me out again and even went with me on the test drive...brave man. So many new gadgets but Thomas was very helpful. To make matters even better and much more reassuring, Keith Peer, the Used Car manager came in and immediately made me feel at ease. NO pressure, kind, informative, patient. My fears were being addressed and I felt very at ease. I also had the pleasure of meeting Jeff Silverberg, the General Manager. Another wonderful, easy to talk to, reassuring person. My 'scared' self was now happy and relaxed knowing that these guys had my back if I needed anything. Quick shout out to Tony Gomez, he was fast and efficient and very busy. BIG KUDOS to John Elway Chevrolet for having such great, kind people. I appreciated each and every one of you.

Nick Kropelninicki scanned my Jeep on the 20th and was amazingly helpful, I won't be able to have my jeep serviced there because of my extended warranty but he gave me all the info I needed about what was possibly happening with my Jeep. He printed out my codes and a Star case to give the techs doing the work. After working in customer service for nearly 20 years myself I know how much patience it takes to calm a stressed customer. I will be using this service center for anything I need in the future. Thanks Nick!
