I left pretty frustrated. My final cost was double what my estimate was and didn't get a good explanation as to why it was doubled. Finally I had originally asked how long of a wait it would be (I had an appointment) and I was told about an hour and I was there for 3 hours. I will likely never come back here for routine service. $160 for an oil change and no tire rotation? Kind of ridiculous. More
Mohammad was great, very friendly and determined to earn my business. The trade in sales manager, offered very low prices and avoided interaction with me for awhile. Tires were rotated but air pressure was not checked and as a result three tires were below recommended level and below car's tire pressue sensor. I was not notified car was ready but saw it in the service as a result three tires were below recommended level and below car's tire pressue sensor. I was not notified car was ready but saw it in the service lane. Advisor then told me he was at lunch so there was a delay. Oil change & tire rotation took well over 90 minutes. Dealerships automated system notified me the car was ready the day after I had the service work done and I picked up the car (I waited onsite for it). More
