agreed to purchase a 2023 Buick Envision on June 12. Made plans to arrive on June 19 at Denver Airport at 9 AM. Was agreed that I would met upon my arrival. Had to wait to wait for an hour and 45 minutes to be pick up. Then the 40 minute drive to the Alpine Dealership. Paper work needed to signed to purchase the car, waited 20 minutes, 30 minutes later someone else to receive my payment. Upon arrived was told that car needed to cleaned and detailed. This should have been done the day before. My plans were to come sign and leave in 30 minutes. Five and half hours later (2:30 PM) was told that car are ready. Too many people doing nothing work place. Very poor management. More
