I left pretty frustrated. My final cost was double what my estimate was and didn't get a good explanation as to why it was doubled. I also had a coupon FROM GMC that apparentl My final cost was double what my estimate was and didn't get a good explanation as to why it was doubled. I also had a coupon FROM GMC that apparently I couldn't use which was frustrating. Finally I had originally asked how long of a wait it would be (I had an appointment) and I was told about an hour and I was there for 3 hours. I will likely never come back here for routine service. $160 for an oil change and no tire rotation? Kind of ridiculous. More

The are not ethical. They do a bait and switch and charge for items you don't need. After talking with the service manager she gave me an attitude and woke response. I don't write reviews but the service manager needs to be replaced and their pricing strategy is not ethical. More
