My experience with Alpine Nissan was excellent. Both Qua and Yusef treated me with respect and how anyone investing in a new vehicle would want to be treated. Qua went out of his way to make sure I was informed about my vehicle status and delivery (had to do a dealer trade). Qua showed real interest in me and what I was wanting related to my purchase. Yusef respected my choices, and didn't try to over sell me on items I didn't want. Everyone who I was in contact with showed me that I was a valued customer, and they all appear to enjoy their work at Alpine Nissan. More

I was upset after buying a new 2026 Rogue when I looked over the final sale information. I went back to speak with the general manager there, three days later. He immediately told me to relax, that I could over the final sale information. I went back to speak with the general manager there, three days later. He immediately told me to relax, that I could cancel the sale or change the contract. I was so relieved! I put more money down on the car and he even lowered the interest rate for me. I plan on paying off this car in two years so I wanted the rebate instead of zero percent interest rate. He really cared and was prepared to even cancel the sale if that’s what I wanted. He could tell that I was very anxious and started the conversation by telling me that he would do whatever I needed; I immediately felt better. He was wonderful! More
