My salesperson Dougie Smith was excellent. He went above and beyond to give me good advice and help with my car purchase. He even delivered my new car to my home and took my old, wrecked trade in back to the dealership. I had not bought a new car for 25 years, and I'm very old, but he was patient and kind, friendly and seemed well informed. The service dept was also incredibly helpful. Your dealership scores well with me. However, the staff at the front was not so helpful; they did not seem to know that Dougie was having a day off when I was frantically trying to find him when I couln't reach him by phone. Dougie deserves my highest commendation for excellent customer service!

Mike Ramstedder gave excellent service, ordering my truck from the factory in Baja California in the color that I wanted and all of the desired add-ons. No unexpected zingers or charges. Compared to dealing with the less than honest local Toyota salesman, this was a pleasure.

We purchased a used 2022 Toyota 4Runner from Sales Consultant Ed Walker on March 15, 2025. Ed printed out a Carfax report and technical reports for this vehicle, which made deciding to purchase this vehicle much easier. Ed went above and beyond in showing us (1) features, (2) answering many questions, (3) showing how to enter information into the blue tooth and navigation programing software and (4) explaining in great detail the operation and functionality of this vehicle. Ed has exceptional skills in customer relations and explaining every aspect of the operation, handling and maintenance procedures to this customer. He was super friendly and wasn't pushy like most car salesman. He was very considerate of the fact I lived out of town and gave us many options to take care of everything online. The team at pueblo Toyota made this purchase so easy with minimal stress. Their team is one I would recommend to anyone. The drive was a bit far to purchase a vehicle but well worth the drive. They have my up most respect for the way they treated us and the impeccable service they provided. We had a few after hours conversations while he wasn't on the clock. I was looking for a new tacoma I looked in grand junction first but they didn't gave what I wanted. So I went to bighorn in Glenwood springs I talked one salesman told him what I was looking for we checked inventory. Even looked through other dealers everything but the color I wanted. Made an appointment for that Saturday when I got there that salesman took the day off. Then I met Darrell Fenno he took over he found the color and other options I wanted made me a great deal on my trade in.
