I bit hectic when I got in apparently because it was a Monday, there was a lot of customers getting their vehicles done, so I waited at least 15 minutes from the time I got to the dealership to the time I Monday, there was a lot of customers getting their vehicles done, so I waited at least 15 minutes from the time I got to the dealership to the time I got in the maintenance bay, then it took 2 and 1/2 hours to get the first service done on my new Tacoma. One thing that I noticed the next day, as I was dusting off my engine, is that the washer fluid was not top off, and should have been done as part of the maintenance (Top off all Fluids). No big deal, I had some of that blue stuff and fill it, but my concern is that it was marked Green in the inspection sheet, so that call into question whether it was actually inspected and if there was something else not done. Other than that the technicians/service advisors were professional and courteous. More

I made an appointment and It took 5 hours just for a '30 minute diagnostic'. When Adam called me to tell me about my diagnostic he was obviously in a bad mood and even made a loud exaggerated angry sigh whi minute diagnostic'. Then when I texted and called back to get an update on my car I received no reply for 45 minutes before I walked into the dealership myself to find out that my car has been ready, a different person helped me cash out. And then once I paid for the service I stood in the garage for 10 minutes watching the workers run around the place looking for my car keys because they lost my car keys. Eventually the car keys were found because they were in the pocket of the technician. Overall bad experience I will not be coming back or recommending Corwin Toyota to people. In fact I will be strongly advising people to go somewhere else. More
